Love the specialty coffees they have. The associates are all professional and polite. There are numbers of different flavoured coffees and teas there, which makes it hard to decide what you really want. I have not shopped from anywhere else since I have tried their coffees.

The staff was very helpful and she knew what she was doing.This is probably the best roaster in town in terms of them knowing what they're doing and providing a good service (including samples for coffee cupping).The other, larger, roaster who competes with Hamley's had a terrible service, they didn't know when the date of roasting, nor did they provide whole bean samples for coffee cupping (note: I mean samples that are paid for, not even free).Some suggestions:- Print more details about the coffee (e.g. Varieties of single origins, altitude, notes, etc...)- Add the roasting date to the label- Provide more variety of light roasts

Hamley's sells an impressive variety of high quality teas. There are some unique and creative flavours that you will not find in other stores. I recommend the Strawberry Kiwi if you're overwhelmed by the large selection of teas.

The best coffee shop/bakery in town! Every single thing I have had on the menu is stellar! The people who work their are exceptionally friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A must see! I recommend the hot chai tea, the Anna Lise panini and the banana walnut muffins! Delicious :)

This shop has a wide selection of freshly roasted beans from many countries, the roaster is in-house and the staff are very helpful. If you are crafting your own blend the owner will lend his expertise in tailoring the mix of beans to suit your goal
