There were 2 Indian girls working the one working the kitchen touched the pickled(fried I ordered) she took it out of the bag with her bare hands. Very disgusting…..I threw the pickles out after I saw how she handled them and I still paid at the beginning for them. Harvey’s teach your employees proper food handling! Very disgusting and dissapointed.

I Went in do grab some dinner asked for an orange crush soda and she gave me an orange crush slushy. I told her I wanted orange crush like the pop and she goes well if you wanted that you need to order a fountain drink. Wouldn't change it for no charge. Then I went to pick up my bag of food and the bag ripped the girl watches that happen gives me a dirty look and grabs another bag but uses it for someone else’s food. So I say well can I have a bag and she rolls her eyes and gives it to me. Not acceptable behaviour for grown adults. No name tags present

had to wait for fresh food for quite some time, while i’m waiting cashier is hanging over gravy pot speaking with the kitchen guy in a different language… not very focused on the food, more on talking to each-other. i feel as though they should be speaking english especially while a customer is in the store, because that is the respectful thing to do. i don’t know if they could be talking about me? my buffalo wrap was extremely saucy, staff unfriendly and cook on his phone and runs his hands under water for 10 seconds (no soap) after touching it and my food afterwards with no gloves. if a customer is around you should be speaking the language that they speak because it makes people feel bad and uncomfortable and you should be washing your hands after touching other unsanitary things.

I ordered a chicken deal that included buffalo chicken poutine, but there was no chicken on it. When I returned to address the issue, the staff member, Sandeep, accused me of eating the chicken off the poutine and argued with me. I asked if there were cameras to verify my claim, but instead, she blamed me for eating the cheese curds too.
I've visited this location many times without any issues, so this experience was especially frustrating and disappointing. I submitted a complaint on their website, and the RGM called me from a “No Caller ID” number. He claimed to have prepared my order and accused me of using a coupon, all while being confrontational and not acknowledging the mistake. He was really rude and unprofessional.
This kind of service and behavior is unacceptable, and I hope the management can address these issues for the future.
