Horrible experience at this location. Would give ZERO stars if possible. 👎👎 TERRIBLE OIL QUALITY! Visited this place today (31-12-24) around 4pm. Ordered 1 poutine, large onion rings and a pop and it took them 15 minutes to prepare the order. The onion rings came out all burnt ( picture attached) Also ordered an apple pie later and it also came out the same, burnt ( went straight into the dustbin) OUR THROAT IS PAINING EVER SINCE. Compromising with the customer’s health. The Management needs to look into this. RUINED OUR NEW YEAR’S EVE!!

Customer service provided by lela and Jorja was too good. We were 4 people and we went there around 9:30pm. We gave huge order. Food was too tasty and service was very fast and incredible. They both were very good and its clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here..

The microphone at the drive-through is probably 20 years old. I don’t yell to give my order so that the rep cant hear me. Order at the window and save yourself the disappointment.

Stopped in just before they closed. The staff was friendly, and the dining area was clean. We had poutine, which was amazing, and burgers, which were ok. Harvey's is always our second stop (for the poutine) when we are in Canada.
