Absolutely horrible service… refused to cook the burgers we wanted to order at 9:30 pm so what we did get was old and cold told them there app wasn’t working they said don’t care … no forks for the Poutine the burgers we did get were all wrong never seen anything like this … Mc Donald’s it is …just across the street I guess that’s where the three other people behind us went when they walked out

I like Harvey's Burger as they make my burger according to my preference. Staff is really helpful. The girl who took my order was very polite and respectful. Even though she suggested us the toppings. I will recommend every person who want to try new burger with everytime new flovers. Specifically , I like the veggie poutine. Great ?? job

I have frequented this location on a number of different times and days, ranging from very busy to an empty restaurant. No matter how busy or how slow, the staff is always attentive and acknowledges you (I have been to different restaurant franchises where if you walk in, you are not even looked at, let alone welcomed). The staff at this location are incredibly friendly, outgoing and take the time to make your food the right way. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good meal with a very good dining experience to visit this location.
Why be open if you're always out of food? Can't even rely on you guys for dinner..

service was really good here. they staff were genuinely kind and cared. Highly recommend.
Hubby and I went in for lunch today..Sat. 3rd Feb. we ordered 2 Angus burgers. Long story short there was a small issue with wait time. Seriously we were ok with it. The customer service from our server Tanvir was just nothing short of excellent. We want to also say that Tanvir gave us a real smile for rest of the afternoon as the look on his face was priceless when the burger we waited for was snatched up in error to someone else. Stuff happens but Tanvir took it very seriously and apologized for the 2nd wait. He should be commended on his ability to handle issues. Well done Tanvir. We will be back!

The poutine there is very good. The one guy that works there was freaking out on a customer before me, I thought it was the customer’s fault I wasn’t paying attention, until he freaked out at me too. Condescending, unprofessional, bad attitude, unfriendly.
