Worst food, Almost waited 1 hour to get 1 food item on table in an empty restaurant.Only have 1 employee to do everything and he was good in service. vada pav taste was not good and vada was old and not fresh.And complained about it and requested for refund but they told us to pay for it and can’t do refund. Thats how they run a restaurant😂😂😂

We ordered Vada pav and it tasted so stale and was clearly visible that it was refried many times. Still the server refused to except and insisted on saying it’s made fresh but wasn’t. The restaurant is of the person whom we know and is a family relative to us still the food quality wasn’t upto the mark.

With regards, we gave back half plate of Vada pav back and the server even refused to cut it off from the bill and asked us to pay for the Vada pav which we sent back to kitchen.

Also there was only one server and took almost 1hour to bring order.

Walking along Wellington Plaza, I noticed a sign in a window advertising samosas. Since I hadn’t had one in a while, I figured I’d go in and give them a try. I was surprised not to see the usual samosas sitting in a warming oven. When I ordered, the very nice person at the counter asked me to wait a few minutes. I assumed he was just going to grab some from the back. Five minutes later, he came out with samosas fresh from the fryer. If you’ve never had freshly made samosas, you have to try Honest Restaurant. The pastry was incredibly crunchy and flaky — nothing like the ones that have been sitting in a warmer for hours — and even the filling was hot all the way through.

Place is nice ambience and service is good. There thali is not satisfactory. Very less quantity of curry. Orderd extra tandoori roti which was too hard . Dosa was good. Need great improvement. It was disappointing. Management should look in to this. Keep improving guys.

Eating from last 20 days in different places in canada. This was below expectations. Please do something.

I did not enjoy my experience here. The food was disappointing in both taste and quality, and the service did not meet expectations. On top of that, the policies were unclear and not customer-friendly, which made the situation worse. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I don’t see myself returning, and I won’t be suggesting my friends to go to this restaurant.

Had a bad experience with restaurant staff called Hasty, she seems confused and a bit rude and needs to learn some customer service and hygiene. Digging your nose with bare hands and then handling food is just 🤢

Also if you place a take out order it will not be ready, they only start making it once you are there. I had this experience each time.

I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up about 20–30 minutes later. Upon arrival, I had to wait another 30 minutes, and even then my order was incomplete. No receipt was provided and no information was given. Furthermore, the food quality was extremely poor considering the pricing, there was no salt in any of the items.

Never going there ever again.

My order total was about $125

I bought Fafda and Jalebi for dashehra celebrations. Paid high price for awful food. Fafda very thick and over fried having burnt taste. I wanted jalebi fried in ghee. They charge almost double the price and jalebi had very strong fried smoky smell and taste. I had bad food experience a year ago and stopped going there. I wanted to give a try one more time but really disappointed.
