Had a bad experience with restaurant staff called Hasty, she seems confused and a bit rude and needs to learn some customer service and hygiene. Digging your nose with bare hands and then handling food is just 🤢

Also if you place a take out order it will not be ready, they only start making it once you are there. I had this experience each time.

I placed an order over the phone and went to pick it up about 20–30 minutes later. Upon arrival, I had to wait another 30 minutes, and even then my order was incomplete. No receipt was provided and no information was given. Furthermore, the food quality was extremely poor considering the pricing, there was no salt in any of the items.

Never going there ever again.

My order total was about $125

I bought Fafda and Jalebi for dashehra celebrations. Paid high price for awful food. Fafda very thick and over fried having burnt taste. I wanted jalebi fried in ghee. They charge almost double the price and jalebi had very strong fried smoky smell and taste. I had bad food experience a year ago and stopped going there. I wanted to give a try one more time but really disappointed.

What a terrible experience. We already call at the restaurant and placed an order for veg pulao they said it will take 25 mins. We waited there for like 40mins and still the order was not ready. The taste of the food is so bad and the quantity is also very less. Total waste of money.

Just visited today. we had to get our self a plates. Food was stale and oil and bread was too spicy and lots of oil. Curry was cold and over spcied. Not even offered tap water. No customer service for a restaurant and bad experience with food. I would not recommend at all.

Ordered a mysore masala dosa. Food was delicious for prices that can’t be beat. Place was super clean, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Please look out for what you eat, we ordered pav bhaji and the buns were mouldy.

Overall I had a very good experience here. Everything was yummy and I love their baked aloo patty which I couldn’t find in Barrie.

Honest restaurant in other cities are far better than Barrie one no matter how many time you go there or pick up order you will have to wait at least for 50-60 mins just to get one thing only same on uber uber drivers always hates to take orders from this place. Honest definitely has to improve there customer service specifically Barrie branch
