I’ve been to Hooligans a few times; each experience is worse than the last. The food is extremely slow coming to the table, the orders tend to be wrong (on one occasion the appetizers ordered didn’t come out at all), and the staff was less than friendly. In March, my family rented the top half of the restaurant for a private birthday, only to find out the space we’d rented had tables open for the public (after being told the space was completely ours).
