Understaffed and the staff does not know the menu. They seemed unsure about what ingredients were in the food and had to check with the kitchen who seemed unsure about what was in stock.
-Menu listed gluten free buns but they are sold out -Menu listed sweet potato fries but they are sold out (was informed about this 45 minutes AFTER ordering SPF) -Menu listed chocolate cake but they are sold out -Music was absurdly loud at 8pm which ruined the atmosphere -Bill came with sweet potatoes fries upcharge still on it

in terms of delivery, they were relatively quick with preparing the food. food was okay but nothing spectacular, proportions were small for the price. just based off of ordering for delivery, i would not choose to go to Hooligans!

Horrible service, severely understaffed. Ordered mac n cheese, this wasn't my first time here, usually everything is good but today they changed the kind of pasta in mac n cheese, also the portion was so small, the plate wasn't even halfway full. Other than that my cocktail was horrible I told the waitress she told me there is nothing she can do about it. She definitely needs an attitude check. This place used to be good, just getting horrible now. There is a lot more better places nearby, you might wanna go there.

I ordered Uber Eats last night from Hooligans without realizing they had changed ownership. I have to say the food was terrible. The only good thing we got was the deep fried pickles, which obviously come premade and they deep fry them (hard to mess up) We ordered burgers, and the chicken parm. Burgers were terrible, I can make a better burger on the bbq at home, and the chicken parm was probably the worst I’ve ever eaten. The food used to be amazing here, sad to see that the new ownership has ruined that reputation! Won’t be ordering again.

Seriously? Processed cheese on chicken parm?? The description even says topped with mozzarella. Extremely disappointed and turned off by this place now. I ended up peeling the thick layer of disgusting processed cheese off the chicken and just ate it plain. Who wants processed cheese on their chicken parm. Not sure what happened here tonight but you ruined my dinner, and lost a customer.

Ate here today. Service was not great and it wasn’t busy. Food was subpar. Heard a waitress argue with a customer when they were discussing how Europe doesn’t tip and she said “well we’re not in Europe we’re in Canada”. Ordered 5 meals and only 4 came. My kid had to wait an extra 20-25 mins for his chicken fingers & fries (we were all done eating by the time his food came). Waitress blamed kitchen staff and kitchen staffed blamed waitress. All in all I would not recommend this place, patio isn’t worth it.

Piss poor service, 3 hours to get food and I had to flag down the waiter twice. Buddy of mine didn’t get his food or drink within hour and a half so just went somewhere else. Wings were good tho but not worth the time sink
