We went early to have some drinks and apps before the rest of our work crew arrived. It wasn't busy at all. They messed up orders, and had no fruit for the sangria or no limes or lemons for the drinks. The pop was swamp water and they knew it had to be changed but was lazy to go up to the mezinie to get a replacement. Also said they were too busy to cut up fruit and limes. Let's be more prepared before we start our shift perhaps? We ended up leaving early and our work crew went somewhere else to have a better service. Will not be going back, which is too bad because the patio was a great spot to go to in the summer.

We went to Hooligans for an early dinner tonight. They weren't that full initially but service was still extremely slow, as they were short staffed (totally beyond their control) .The fish and chips look nothing like the ads they have in the window, the fries were good but the fish tasted as if they forgot to add any salt. There was some confusion with our order so it was somewhat stressful. The woman who seemed to be in a manager type of role was very pleasant and sweet to our little guy.

Had a wonderful experience at Hooligans! We went out to celebrate my husband's birthday, and there was a large, rowdy group watching the hockey game. This is to be expected to some degree when choosing to eat at a sports bar, however when we asked to be relocated to a quieter spot, Jessica (the manager) was so accommodating that she escorted us to the upper floor which they had closed off as they were short staffed! The level of service we received tonight from both Jessica and Johnny was the "icing on the (birthday) cake"! Definitely will be returning for the deep fried cheese curds too!!

Restaurant has a very nice appearance. Service is okay they're just not as attentive to ensure customer is okay. Food is your regular pub food. So if you're looking for a quick bite without high expectations this is a great spot.
So glad we gave them another chance they clearly have ironed out the past kinks and got it together! Great food, outstanding service. Jessica went over and above. Very impressed highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting. Made a reservation days in advance. Had a party of thirteen took an hour before everyone was served their first drinks of the night. Don't even get me started on the food. Asked to speak with a manager, only to be told the manager wasn't here (to later find out this was the part owner who said this) scumbag had his waitresses come out and deal with the issue, couldn't even speak to me like a man. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst restaurant experience ever. I typically don't leave reviews on restaurants, having worked at my fair share before starting my career & knowing the intricacies & difficulties that are faced in the industry. But... our visit here took incompetency to a whole new level. I emailed back and forth with "Event Management" to set up my husband's birthday lunch here. My only request was to have a specific football game on with volume & they could sit us anywhere as long as in view of that specific game. I repeated/confirmed the request in THREE emails & was assured that they could play that game with volume for us. Upon arrival 30 mins early for the game, we were told they would put it on for us. We waited. When the game started, it was not on, so we asked and were told it was already on. It wasn't, it was a channel showing highlights from all the games. We waited another half an hour for them to "find the game". Nothing happened besides them scrolling through their guide repeatedly. Someone else tried looking for the game for another half an hour. After an hour in and ordering food, we saw on the screen that they only had one channel for one Sunday football game and it was not the game I requested. We promptly cancelled our food orders and left during halftime to go somewhere up the road who actually confirmed they were playing the game. So everyone I had invited to meet us at Hooligans, I had to then ask them to drive somewhere else for lunch. It was embarrassing and a complete waste of our time. This is nothing to say of the service, which was awful. Hooligans was having their "Grand Re-opening" that weekend. You'd think they would have more than one server on the floor for the entire restaurant....but no. Our server was definitely not fully to blame for the terrible service as she should have had help. And it is not her fault that her management makes false promises. So I won't fault her for being unfriendly. Or walking away quickly before we could order drinks for multiple people instead of just 1 person. Or forgetting to take some peoples meal order. I just feel bad for her if this is how her new management is running things. There are so many better places in the area. This one is not worth your time.
