Was very upset when I received my pizza, I order from here all the time and this is the second time I’ve ordered 2 party size pizzas and I think they forgot how to make a square pizza. The outside pieces had barely any sauce most of the outside of the pizza was just crust .. see photos If I wanted a large pizza I would have ordered a large pizza when we pay for 2 party size pizzas we expect the toppings of a party size pizzas.

I recently visited Slice of Disappointment, and unfortunately, it lived up to its name. The service was painfully slow, with employees who seemed more interested in their phones than the customers. Employees were not wearing hair net, beard net and gloves, I felt disgusted by the looks of the restaurant still decide to give it a try. There is no concept of customer service in this restaurant, employees looked like they were held against their will and working, not interested at all, On top of that the pizza was a extremely hard and the toppings were almost there! Again no customer service, employees don’t know how to talk with customers RUDE!! Worst pizza joint in Barrie, save your money and go somewhere else. 1 star is too much to give… if I had option I would give double digits negative.
This was my first time ordering and I have no regrets ! Came early and packed with toppings - my biggest pet peeve is pizza places that are stingey with toppings lol. Very yummy ! Will order again .

sorry to say Barrie, but this place is a dump and 3.8 stars is way too high. The pizza dough was not fresh for sure, the sauce was out of a can, the size of the garlic bread was the size of a sandwich, the wings were frozen, and the service was the worst. Please do yourself a favour and save your money and order from Pizza Nova or any other major chain. It will be cheaper, taste much better, and have a wide variety of more options available. The medium size pizza @ this place is the size of a small pizza at many other places. Sorry to say but these guys are way over their heads. The service is extremely slow as it is a convenience store / pizza joint. Stick to what you are good at, the convenience part of your business and ditch the pizza. (There free advise). Once again, please do not waste your money by ordering pizza here you will over pay, get a very small amount and be able to make much better food at home.

ordered extra sauce and basically got zero sauce. Also ordered extra bacon and ham abd barley got anyway..Do not waste you money and order a pizza from this place... They totally ignore your extras and just stick to the basic pizzas they make... Spend your money on a better pizza
