This is my go-to restaurant when I want to celebrate - whether it be a birthday, anniversary or work yearly holiday get-together. All the food is exceptional and NEVER disappoints. Every server has been over the top amazing and I want to give a hats off to all of you. A shout-out to Corrie amongst all my regular phenomenal lovelies who is just a simply wonderful human and made my anniversary/Valentines night one to be cherished! This restaurant definitely lived up to its reviews and recommendation. Ordered the beef carpaccio salad and Pappardelle Funghi E Tartufo. The beef was lovely, possibly could’ve used a little less acidity but would order again. The pasta was well cooked and creamy. A little heavy, simple palette as advertised. Our server was present, communicative, informed and personable. She did a fantastic job. Finished off with a tiramisu which did not disappoint. The atmosphere was a little dark (black ceilings) and red walls all throughout. Not accessible for individuals who can’t use stairs. Food was adequately priced for the quality!

This place is EXCEPTIONAL! We stopped by on our way back to Toronto and were looking for a restaurant with a view of the water. Not only is the view gorgeous, but the food was delicious, John (our server) was attentive and personable, they had a robust selection of very tasty wine, and everything was very reasonably priced.
Thank you to John, the chefs, and the whole team for taking such great care of us. We will be back in two weeks!

Disappointed. It has been a little over a year since we were there and the food was not as remembered. The beets in the roasted beet salad were not roasted and there were only a few crumbs of blue cheese. I had the veal mare e monti. The sauce was watery and over salted and the mixed veggies consisted of one slice of roasted pepper, two carrot sticks and one floret of broccoli. The veal was ok but the portion was not generous. Il Buco use to be out special place to go but no longer Im sorry to say.
