Please for the love of god get someone who actually speaks coherent English. I don’t have an issue with an accent but genuinely you have no idea what I’m saying. I tried to add gyozas to my order and this guy doesn’t understand that. Genuinely ridiculous.

Very poor service. I waited over an hour with no update on my order. Staff didn’t even know which order was mine, showed no accountability, and weren’t apologetic. On top of that, they refused to offer any reimbursement for the inconvenience.

Food was terrible! Wrong items sent, chicken fried rice was literally rancid!!! Do not order from this restaurant!!! Calling to complain was useless as the severe language barrier got me absolutely no where! Horrible food and service, calling heath and safety on this restaurant right away!
Ordered 4 times food was good but 3 out of 4 times was wrong phoned the last time because I had enough and instead of making it right the gentleman said he forgot to add stuff to my order 3 times but wouldn't do anything to fix it.

Terrible food. The worst I had in many years. Never eating from them again. Fried rice terrible, wonton soup bland, lemon chicken (their specialty) was terrible, too much batter and no chicken. I don’t even know why i am wasting my time writing a review. I dont understand how some people like this food.
