One of our favourites, but the food is slipping a bit. We had to take the chicken Ceasar wrap apart to find the chicken. Used to use Romain lettuce, now it's head lettuce.
Joanne treated us wonderfully, as always.

Overall experience was 4 stars, but the service was top notch. The waitress and her team came by regularly to make sure we were always topped up and had what we needed. She was quick with taking the order and the food came out faster than expected. The food was good, a bit better than most breakfast joints, and they were accommodating to my dietary requirements without any additional charges or issues.

Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to go back.

Kid-friendliness: I did not have kids with me, but there were kids options on the menu and it seemed like a reasonable place to go with the family.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are several accessible parking spaces and no barriers that I saw. It looked as though there would be no issues for customers in wheelchairs.

I recently enjoyed a delicious brunch at Jack’s Pancake Factory. I ordered eggs benedict with peameal and home fries. The meal was delicious and the portion generous. The staff were pleasant, accommodating and efficient. I definitely recommend this establishment.

The double chocolate pancake was very good. Peameal Bacon and a Bun was decent. Omelette was also just fine. Didnt like their home fries. Would prefer the normal fries.
