Jack’s pancake factory has been a family favourite for a few years now, The last time that we went With a couple of friends, the service was very slow, but still extremely friendly, And the food was nothing to write home about. None of the eggs were done over easy like we, and for the order of steak and eggs the steak was overcooked when ordered med rare. Not sure if we continue to go out of loyalty or start to shop for better options.

First Time Visit – Definitely Not the Last

Stopped by Jack’s Pancake Factory for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded expectations! The portions were *huge* and the food was downright delicious. I had the Benedict Skillet, which was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of peppers, onions, and flavorful smoked meat. The real standout? The home fried potatoes, crispy, golden, and clearly made from scratch. So good!

Every member of the staff we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you find a place that gets both the food and the service just right.

Highly recommend, and I’m already looking forward to coming back with friends. This place is a gem!

We had such a great experience at Jack’s Pancake Factory thanks to Joanne! She went out of her way to make breakfast extra special for me and my son. She even acknowledged how well-mannered he was, which made him beam with pride and made me so proud as a mom. The food was good, but the service was truly exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

Best breakfast in Barrie and in the GTA. Food is amazing and great portions, you get a bang for your buck here.

I love the food, I have yet to be disappointed with the quality of food or the taste. They can also make some modifications to your meal if there is something your not keen on. For example I tend to buy a plate that comes with ham, I don't care for ham so I ask to have it substituted with bacon or sausage.
