Great tasting ice cream, ridiculously large portions. Makes me not want to go here anymore because I feel disappointed that I can't have more flavours to eat as the smallest size is already way too much. ex: Offer a health conscious option. Say, a third of a 'BABY' portion would be totally enough. That way one could enjoy 1-2 flavours; and all for less than the price/portion/ calories of the currently smallest menu option.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I found a hair stuck inside my ice cream. I got a replacement but right away, I found another piece of hair. The staff do not wear hair nets or gloves when they work. I also saw a worker stick their thumb into someone else's ice cream to keep it from falling while they scooped for another piece.

really disappointed by my visit with family recently. ice cream quality has decreased significantly and not as rich and creamy as before. got mocha almond fudge and butter pecan and all were extremely icy and not as creamy as i remember it to be. do better kawartha
