Food was very cold. I had 3 steak dinners, plus 2 orders of chicken wings and 1 nachos order. The nachos came out fast and were good. The rest took over 35mins to come. And when it did, the wings were ice cold. The fries were old and cold also. The steak was not worth the $30. It wasn’t even busy. I mentioned it to the server, that the wings were really cold. And she just said I’ll let the cook know. Not even offering to re-heat. I would have been happy with that.
$250 later, I felt robbed. This was a goodbye dinner for my in-laws. I really expected better than this. Kelsey’s please do better.

I was at this location a few weeks ago. I was about to leave a tip. When I asked whats the best way, the server informed me that its best if I dont even leave a tip (even when its cash) because when we leave a tip, its not just a 5% tip out like other restaurants ! They dont even get the majority of their tips! So unfair. Apparently they have to tip out seperatly to the bar, and host and the kitchen staff and the poor servers are bascially left with next to nothing. They only get a good tip if their food sales are high... Meaning Kelseys expects us to spend wayy more money. I feel bad for these servers. Im definitly not dining here again.

Reasonably priced. Went for my birthday with my kids. Much Cheap than the week before at Jack Astor's, $60 cheaper for the three of us and the food was much better

I ordered takeout from here and it was all very bland, soggy and not worth the money.

This place is okay, but I don't think it will be my first choice for dining in the area.

The service is excellent. I saw my waitress several times throughout my dining experience. She was friendly and accommodating.

The atmosphere is also excellent. I didn't feel too exposed or boxed in. I was far enough away from other customers to feel comfortable. The restaurant itself is designed well. A nice ambiance.

The steak and poutine I ordered for my kids was well received. They absolutely loved it. I ordered it to be done medium, and it was cooked medium. 4/5 on the steak. Very nice.

The chicken wings I ordered, however... left a lot to be desired. They were terrible, in fact. Although I ordered them with the Thai sauce flavour, they tasted flavourless. They just weren't enjoyable at all. Wings are a 1/5. Very bad.

Service was subpar. What’s with the half plate of food? I asked the server where the rest of my dinner was and she said “I guess that’s it.”
I came very pregnant and very hungry, and left very pregnant and very hungry. Does no one from Kelsey’s read these? I’ve never been reached out to.
