Usually one of our go-to spots for dinner, and our visit the other night reminded me why.
We were heading to a movie afterward, so we were in a bit of a rush. As always, the service was quick, friendly, and there was no wait to be seated.
I ordered the ribs, but unfortunately they came out burnt—and it looked like extra sauce had been added to cover it up. I mentioned it to our server, who immediately took the dish back and offered to have a new one made. Because we were short on time, I couldn’t wait for a replacement, which was more on me than on them.
She brought the manager over, and not only did the manager completely agree that the ribs were overcooked, but she removed the entire entrée from the bill without hesitation. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way.
Because of that action alone, I’ll definitely be back.

Wait staff was nice and friendly. Checked on us a few times. Food was great. They have a winter themed photo spot when you come in, if you would like to do a picture.

Staff was friendly but we were always waiting on refills or service. Generous portions but the food wasnt anything special. The bill was definitely more than we expected especially at comparable restaurants. Glad we tried it but probably won't come back

This is the second time this fall we have had lunch here and both times we were impressed with how clean the restaurant is and such a good atmosphere. All the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Today we were served by Ian who was friendly and quick with a gentle humour. Definitely he made a difference in how we enjoyed our meal there today. We had the lunch specials and the portions were the right size for a mid day meal. Would definitely visit this location again.
