EDIT: we were there again today (August 13) at 3 p.m. and service was good but the food was awful.
Chicken bites were heavily breaded and very overcooked, dry and tasteless, potato skins thin and also dry. The flatbread was okay, but average at best. Very disappointing.

Went for lunch with my husand and daughter after a long week, and had what was easily one of the best meals we've had on a long time. The steak fajitas melted in your mouth. Our server, Ian M. was cheerful, friendly and quick. The Kelseys on Maplview in Barrie is one of our favourite places to go for amazing service and excellent food!!

The Hostess was not doing her job. I made a reservation online, I later got an email saying I did not make my reservation when I specifically told Hostess I had a reservation.
Hostess sat me on patio but did not advise server to serve us. Finally 15 minutes later someone noticed us I believe it was Sam and she served us.
I was told when I asked for ketchup that'll bottles...
