Me and two of my friends came here yesterday around 5:20 for a dinner and we were greeted by our server who i think said her name was summer i can’t quite remember but anyways, she came over and asked if we knew our drinks yet and we didn’t so we said not yet but in a few minutes so we could look at the menu, she than left and came back and me and my one friend placed our drink order and than our other friend came back from the bathroom and placed hers, We than got our drinks and she asked if we knew food yet and we didn’t and we apologized and asked for a few more minutes, that few more minutes turned into 40+. we waited 40+ minutes for her to even come and acknowledge us again and when she finally did she was very passive aggressive asking if we were ready or not, and we placed our food order than waited for our food, food was great don’t get me wrong it just sucks how it was ruined by the service, come payment time we got 3 different checks and my two friends decided not to tip because honestly tips for the server are for their service towards us and she barley looked at us the entire dinner, she was hovering when it got to my turn to pay so i left a tip just to leave faster but looking at her face when i think she realized my friends didn’t tip was a disgusted face and i cannot believe it? i believe it’s a stereotype that teenagers don’t tip but we went into the restaurant very much expecting to tip because we always do but when we are treated like crap and ignored for almost an hour does that make it seem fair that we should tip? i honestly think she needs a conversation had with her manager because we won’t be back anytime soon.

Tasty food - Dumplings and Club House Sandwich and Fries. Generous portions. Our server, Devon, was delightful. Helpful with meal and drink choices and also tips on great mascara! Will definitely return for a meal here.

The burgers and fries are mediocre at best, especially considering the price. For better value, I would recommend picking up a burger from a take-out spot and grabbing some beer from the Beer Store, you’ll get an equally enjoyable experience for much less. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t justify the cost.

I’ve been coming bryne drive Kenzie’s for a while and the karaoke night tonight was probably the best night I had there in 3 years . Hope they keep it up !! Also Jordan and Cali are the best bartenders I’ve ever met.

Good overall experience the burgers were very good. Sides were mediocre. Overall atmosphere was good consistent of other restaurants. Staff was very accommodating to change in our reservation. Table service was ok at best. Just being honest.

Good food, atmosphere is nice, decent parking spaces, near the highway 400 exit, customer service is brilliant because the ladies here have a sense of humor.

We come here atleast once or twice every couple months or so. The food is always DELICIOUS and the staff is incredible. Definitely recommend this location!!!

My party of 5 came here pretty last minute today and there were two servers running the whole entire restaurant flawlessly. Our server Devon was fast, friendly and on top of everything. Her and her colleague were running the restaurant like the navy. She then offered us a free dessert and it was delicious. Really really happy with my service today.

We made reservations here for New Year’s Eve on December 22nd and they just canceled them this morning (December 30th)! They canceled super last minute leaving us with no where to go cause everything is booked up! Why on earth would they wait until the day before New Year’s Eve to cancel the reservations! Terrible, terrible service!! For this reason I will NEVER EVER give Kenzingtons any of my business!!

Recent change to menu, lot of potion sizes have been cut (no warning) which was a surprise - very small chcicken fingers, pasta portion half what it was (added a side but more macaroni +$5). Still tasty but disappointing when we have been going for years.
