The best ramen in Barrie so far! To me, this is the closest to real Japanese ramen, although there are many opportunities for improvement. A good portion of veggies with meat. You’ll be full without the side menu. Make sure you ask for water- you will want to go for soup even after finishing noodles, and water will neutralize your palate. Book a table if you go during the weekend dinner period!

Best vegetarian ramen I’ve had yet! The spicy orochong ramen (vegetarian) is incredible - super spicy (if you ask), complex and flavourful. I always look forward to it after cold weekends in collingwood. I’ve been to other Kenzo locations but they were not nearly as good - my praise to the chefs!

Was Delicious. This will be a new stop on my list. I suggest if your looking at it that you Try it out.. and they are hiring. Sign said on the way in the door. My only complaint, the temperature. When the door opened there was a cold burst of air. Customers (some) who had taken off their jackets needed to put them back on. Easy fix with a heater blowing hot air in the entry. Either was great portions of delicious Ramen and worth the chill.

First of all.. The Staff Is Amazing ❤️ The service is above expectations, friendly, courteous and quick.
The food is great tasting and always fresh. Good size dishes. I can't go passed .05 on the hot ratio..lol You can choose the spiciness of your order..
Make reservations during peak hours, especially dinner. But the wait is never to long if you walk in.

Kenzo Ramen is always a safe and consistent place to get Ramen in Barrie. Broth is delicious, noodles are fresh, I couldn't ask for much more.
Plaza is kind of a pain to get in and out of, but it doesnt ever stop me from going.
One of my favorite places to eat in all of Barrie. I would highly recommend!

This is my favorite Japanese curry restaurant! I know its a ramen joint but they have decent matcha and top notch fried pork. Portions are giant as well. The price for the curry is also unbeatable. I gotta say some of the ramen and appetizer prices are less reasonable though.
