If I could rate zero stars I would. Tried it despite seeing people getting sick here. Ate here and was violently ill less then 40 minutes later. Nothing else consumed except this garbage. STAY CLEAR, they will undercook your food and make you ill.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a KFC. I arrived to pick up a mobile order and waited at the counter for nearly 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. When a staff member finally appeared, he didn’t greet me or say a word. I informed him I had a mobile order and gave my name, but he walked away silently without any confirmation. I assumed he may not have heard me, so I continued to wait. About five minutes later, he returned, crumpling the bag in his hands, and tossed it towards me without a single word. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging, but that doesn’t excuse treating customers with such disregard — especially when all I did was politely mention I was there for a pickup.

Food was good but condition of restroom and food area was terrible.when we complaint then they cleaned restroom and food area tables.

Cashier acted and spoke with frustration and looked at every customer like they were dumb. Tables were filthy, and felt like i was a bother when i asked for napkins ton wipe my table before i sat down. Energy in the restaurant felt depressimng.

Ordered the 4-can dine-in bucket because I was really hungry, but it was a huge letdown. The chicken was way too salty to eat, and the fries were cold and soggy. I ended up throwing it all out. Total waste of money. I won’t be coming back!

The guy who took my order(short, 40-50 year old ish, South Asian) was very rude and gave off an aggressive attitude toward customers. He didn’t include any napkins with my order, and the chicken thigh I received was extremely small—about half the size of what I usually get. When I politely asked if I could exchange it, he laughed and said, “That’s what it is.” It’s no surprise this place keeps getting one-star reviews. The owner seriously needs to look into how the staff are treating customers.
