This was literally the worst tacobell experience I've ever had there was a 20 minute wait to order another 20 wait for the food and then they didnt get my order correct and I had to go up and order the missing items ... they charged me with extra cheese on my cheesy gordita crunch and that one had less cheese then the extra regular one I orderd the quality was horrific barely anything on any of the items the steak and jalapeño fries I got had half of what I got at another location. the whole place was a mess . I heard sonone say they were waiting 45 minutes to get there food .... never comming to this location again

I ordered through the mobile app and had our food delivered, but the chicken tenders were missing from the order. When we called the location, we were bounced from person to person, and the staff insisted the tenders were packed—even though they clearly were not.
When the manager finally got on the phone, she told us we could come to the store anytime to pick them up and said she would write our names down. We asked if the tenders could be delivered with our next order or with any upcoming deliveries, and she refused. She was rude throughout the conversation, continued to insist everything had been delivered correctly, and eventually hung up on us.
To make things worse, the food we did receive was cold and undercooked.
Do not order from this location.

Every time I go to this KFC to pick up DoorDash orders, the staff is always hanging around in the back. I understand delays when the store is busy, but this happens even when the place is empty. As soon as I show them the customer’s name, they suddenly start making the order and give me weird, sarcastic smiles.
On top of that, the staff always looks confused, unorganized, and completely unprofessional. Orders get delayed for no reason, and even when the food is finally ready, it’s often missing items.
This location seriously needs better management and proper training. It’s frustrating and a waste of time for delivery drivers and customers.
Called to say they forgot an item we ordered. They claimed its not their fault even though the drive thru order taker confirmed it was in the order when they repeated the order. Got home and got our food and it was missing. We called and the manager said he did not care and to complain to head office and then HUNG UP on us. These new international workers give no care for customer service and do not care for repercussions.

I ordered Uber eats. I ordered a box combo (2 piece chicken with an extra side of gravy) instead, they gave me two large coleslaw as if to get rid of their leftovers and nothing else. I called and they were the most ignorant RUDE people I've ever dealt with I suggest new staff as it's my goal to let people know how messed up these people are
