Such a garage place to order they are always so slow nobody like to work there. I place my order at 4:13 and I got my order at 5:24 they are shitty place to eat.

This place was closed for so long for “renovations” only to come back with the same awful customer service. I’m always missing parts of my order when I come here OR they’re sold out of a thing OR their fryers aren’t working so only half the menu is available. Happy to take your money though!

I’ve been wanting to review this place for years, but held back but now enough is enough. After the renovation and new staff, you think it’ll be better. I’m highly insulted by the other day I had stale fries and stale burger. I’ve never had my bun so hard and my chicken patty stiff and cold. I would like a refund. Don’t be lazy with people’s food. The reviews don’t lie, you’re killing your reputation in a nice neighbourhood. Shame.

Really nice and clean, just renovated. Popcorn Chicken is the best! The service is really good. Drive tru is available. Very popular. Really recommend.

Chicken was soggy in oil, nothing like the old days of Kentucky fried chicken, my order of 4 pieces of chicken came with 2 tenders and 2 pieces. That's not what I ordered.

I came around 8:30 on 8th april and whoever was running the shift was really rude to the guy at front. I think he was new but i work at fast food too and that was not the way to talk to your employees. Plus i asked him about the food and he was rude to me too. Need to work on the management. Last year rating dropped from 3.3 to 2.7, shows the management is not putting in the work. Definitely not coming back to this location.

This guy needs to keep his attitude at home before coming in to work. If he doesn’t know customer service or how to treat his own teammates he shouldn’t be working in that position. I only got half of my order and when asking him for the rest of the order, he yelled saying it’s in the box when there was nothing in the box. Needs to learn how to speak to customers if he is in-charge here.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no cars in front and was totally ignored. Drove up to window and Complained and they just looked at us. Kept on driving and won’t be back

Stuck in Drive thru for over an hour, and still haven’t placed my order yet. What is going on, thought this is suppose to be fast food. At least install an exit for drive thru, so i don’t have to wait this long.

Thought i would try it now that it reopened and it's worse than ever. I will never order KFC again. Litterly threw out $70 worth of food because it was actually that bad. Don't waste your money here. This location should be closed down permanently. Lesson learned.
