I was so very disappointed with the bucket of chicken my husband bought me as a treat for my birthday. The chicken ws fatty and greasy and has no real coating on many of the pieces of chicken. I have aways loved KFC ut this ws horrible. I didn't eat one piece and my husband ate it all. Even putting in tha ir fryer to soak up grease didn't work. Time for new cooks!

I was at this location yesterday for a pick up and the guy in turban working at this place is super rude. Wish he was taught some manners and some customer service too. I was waiting to pick up the order for over 15mins and the guy kept saying 2mins forever. Upon reasoning him for the long wait, he answers back saying - ‘if you are in a rush then please cancel the order’. People like him should be fired as a lesson and also they don’t care about the business or bringing in more customers. He was trying to put up a fight with me but I let go as I dint want to stoop low. I would suggest others to avoid this location or this person all together if you happen to go to this location for whatever reason.

The staff had a bad attitude. I have nothing against Indian nationality, but this group acted entitled, treating customers poorly.
They failed to take my order properly and had nothing available to offer. It was a waste of time. I would avoid this KFC and possibly all KFCs in Barrie. Not first time.

Was looking forward to a fry supreme and a Big Crunch. You can't have them together in a combo. Fine. I'll just get the sandwich. This was another chance, as I have been disappointed by cold fries and small portions before. I was hoping a fry supreme would help disguise the inevitable cold fries. So just the sandwich....
I was asked to wait 7min and I did, I get back to work and start eating.. annnnd it's raw. Called in and they told me to come back. They close in 10 minutes and that was my lunch break. I guess I'll just go hungry tonight.

have had countless issues here. website says open til 12 , placed an order on the app, tried to get my order, couldn’t get inside and nobody ever came to the window waited like 20-25 mins only to notice all of the lights were off and then i realized there was never anyone there. ended up getting my money back but went hungry for the night. fast forward to two nights ago, tried to get the BOGO free cool ranch tacos, they gave me the nacho doritos tacos. now tonight AGAIN, tried to get cool ranch BOGO, and once again nacho tacos. so many other instances at this location as well.
I went to place an order at KFC, and the experience was disappointing. The employee came to the register, looked at me, then went back to the kitchen to talk about another employee’s break — leaving me waiting for about 5 minutes. When he finally returned to take my order, it was still messed up. Very unprofessional and poorly managed service.
