I had the worst ever encounter with the most rude cashier ever. Diksha was rude, belligerent and abusive. She was a miserable person from the get go, she was rude at the speaker and was ever more rude at the window, rolling her eyes and using a condescending tone, going as far as slamming the window in our faces. I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service. We went inside to order and she downright refused to take our order. She even used disgusting profanities against us. I was a regular at this KFC as I live down the street, but never again. I will be getting in touch with corporate and making sure Diksha gets what’s coming to her. These Indian international students with their holier than thou attitudes ruin it for the rest of them.Update: I called to speak to the manager (great another international student), call went something like this “hello may I speak to the manager” male: “I am!” Me: “ok sir what’s your name?” Male: “I am not giving you my name, there is now law stating I need to give you my name” at this point I’m so confused as to the combative behaviour of this whole establishments staff, I guess they get it from their manager. So I explain “I need your name so I can reference who I spoke with.” His reply: “ I will be the one to determine by the end of this call whether I will disclose my name or not” I am taking this issue to head office because I’ve had about enough!

Ordered a large onion rings I have never had any food this salty, Gross waiting to have a stroke that much salt. DON'T ORDER ONION RINGS. Even fries had a little to much salt. Had to throw out the onion rings.

Had the extra crispie chicken last night for dinner. We haven't had KFC in years & we were looking forward to it. Taste, less than 0 stars. Oil is old & desperately needs to be changed. Macaroni salad, same as before. Fries had been sitting there for a bit. One positive take away, the young lady who took the the order was very pleasant & she was hustling & helping out after taking the orders from the few of us in the restaurant.

And hung up.Tried again years later (new review)Rude staff, watery gravy, wet bland chicken and I also took the time to complete their in-store survey for free popcorn chicken, they then told me it isn't free and that I have to pay even though I just spent $30 and completed the surveyIt's a scam and horrible store.

Don't bother with the drive through. The other day it took nearly 20 minutes to get to the window. Their were 3 cars including mine. They didn't make my food until I was at the window so I had to wait another 5 or so. They forgot half of the ingredients on my sandwich and I was late getting back from my 30 minute break.

Watching the staff eat handfuls of fries while they were packing orders was major ick for us. We made the mistake of eating here and the bucket of chicken was burned. When we showed the staff they offered to remake it. Gross.

3 piece , dry overcook chicken , maybe 20 fries , it was disgusting for almost 20 dollars.
I love KFC, but this location has the smallest chicken pieces you can ever order. 1 thigh cut in half is considered 2 pieces. It's worth paying a premium at Church's Chicken across the street to actually get a decent size chicken piece that is worth it.

I ordered the famous chicken chicken sandwich and paid for that but instead they gave me a thin zinger burger and said that the only difference was the lettuce in it whereas I know the size of the chicken was also a difference since I paid $5 more.The place is mismanaged and I got my order after 15 minutes and that too a wrong one. This was my first and last time visiting this place. Worst experience till date.
