Kinja Sushi is a decent spot to get sushi within Barrie. Some of the items are hit or miss, but the prices are good for the items you will receive.
I often get take out when I go next door to Brud Bar, and it always makes it easy that they will walk it over to you.

We we’re at five points for the Santa parade, and thankfully, our first choice for sushi didn’t have room and we came to this gem! The food the service could not have been better and we look forward to coming back real soon

Everything else was fine, and the owner was polite, but the sushi just wasn’t good. Maybe it’s because they’re trying to control costs and there’s only one person handling so many dishes — no wonder the sushi was loosely made.

I have been looking for a Korean restaurant in Barrie. Finally found it. The food and service are good and excellent. Highly recommend it. We will definitely go back.
I’m very disappointed. I placed a lunch order online for pickup because I was hungry and stuck in traffic. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it was canceled because there was no cook available. There was no notice or communication, and it was a huge inconvenience. This kind of service is really frustrating, especially when you’re relying on it. I hope you improve how you handle situations like this in the future.

Had the salmon teriyaki lunch Bento. Everything was fresh and tasty. I'll have to come back and try their gamjatang pork bone soup as that's one of my fave meals and another reviewer said it's good. The server was also friendly and the restaurant is nice and clean.
