Absolutely the worst Italian food I have experienced in my life....Chef boy ardee makes better Spaghetti then this place...Ordered 3 pizzas...all 3 had missing items...no artichoke no boccacini....no pepperoni...order came to 106 bucks.....gave her 120....said she had no change......and this was a takeout order......Food better at a Cuban resort...

Extremely small servings! Their pizza is extremely small! You would think they make a pizza to fill the box up guess it’s too much work for them ?

Was there Thursday. Great ambience for a cozy date night. The staff are very friendly and had some great suggestions. Will be back with my significant other. Thank you!

Is this place a joke or thinking they can send out uncooked food and just go completely offscript with changing the pizza completely to this boring bland cold mess? What the heck is this? I would be so embarrassed. Cancel an order if you cannot make it. Yikes.

Limoncello never disappoints! I am obsessed with so many different meals here. Penne Alla vodka, eggplant tower (bigger than your head), Carbonara, Fried Ravioli.. I could eat here forever. The service is great and atmosphere is cute - perfect for an event, date night or celebration.

We celebrated my mother’s 90th Birthday with all her close friends. I will first off say our service was EXCELLENT. But the compliments stop there. Beyond the place being “dirty”, (which again can easily be fixed and attended to) ….what was absolutely unacceptable was the fact at how COLD the restaurant was. We all had to eat with our coats on the ENTIRE time there! They brought out one small heater that barely did much. I even had to go out to my car and drape a blanket across my legs as I was freezing. And for seniors aged 85 and older…we should have been communicated this in advance! Despite it being an “old” building….not an excuse! Bruschetta was very good but our chicken Marsala was cold! Chicken over cooked…potatoes cold and 3 string beans total. Spaghetti was like out of a can! Coffee was luke warm too. I was so embarrassed having brought my mom’s closest friends there to celebrate a benchmark birthday. Terrible experience and we will not be returning there! So disappointed!!!!

Online menu is out of date by several years, tiny and loud, drapes looked like construction plastic from the outside, fire hazard of stairwell, not wheel chair accessible, waited 20 mins to be seated with a reservation, Barrielicious menu sucked. Got up and left because the fish I wanted which was on the online menu hadn’t been updated in years. The waitress and hostess was nice though.

Great food for Localishious. The service was pretty good. The Chicken Marsala was excellent! But fighting the sound...the cocophony of the other tables conversation...my parents and myself couldn't hold any conversation ourselves. We gave up until the table beside us with 3 women finally left.Look I get it's the design of the place. Hard floors. Hard ceilings make for always a noisy location. Being semi disabled with my parents and myself...with very large loss of hearing. It's important to want to come back to any restaurant that is really awkward for ambience. EG. Music pumping too loud. Too many people in too small an area. Maybe something to think about in the future....maybe some rugs or sound dampening materials.I really want to support my local restaurants. But if it's not an enjoyable experience - well, there are other places.Peace.

Bathroom is dim dark tiny and dusty. It's shoved at the end of the hall right beside what is most concerning is where the dish area is, one tiny not even kitchen sink and the wet napkins and lemons get thrown all over everything drying in the area. Poorly covered by a curtain. One of the cooks is also a homeless man that is seen sleeping and fighting all over barrieKid-friendliness: Not really any kids options. Not a kid friendly atmosphere or bathroom ect.

The owners of this business never gave their employees tax info after shutting down their failed dessert place. Still waiting on it two years later but with no reply so hopefully if they see this they'll send us all our much needed info :) -employees of Birds Nest.
