was told 5/6 minutes but ended up taking 24 minutes. a person that ordered after me they screwed up their order but offered them something for their inconvenience. insulting since i was there before them.

Went in and two staff members were standing at the cash and didn’t say a word to me until 3 minutes later, when I eventually did get acknowledged the girl was very short and didn’t seem interested in helping. I later watched them do the same thing to another costumer. Love the pizza but the customer service is terrible at this location.

Walked in last min to get pizza and the person working was very patient and polite. Made the pizza fresh to order and the mozzarella sticks were THE BEST! Had low expectations but this location was great. Will be back for the mozzarella sticks !

Sitting around for 30min waiting for my order that should have only taken 10 to 15. When I asked for an update and proved that yes I did in face order and paid for everything I was informed they forgot. And ask to wait another 10min.

Told me 10 minutes for wings and pepperoni puffs. 40 minutes later still waiting. When I inquired girl told me just put in the oven they had to remake my order. She neglected to tell me ANYTHING. She just let me wait like a fool. I asked for my money back and had to wait while the guy tried to figure out how to refund and told me it's not their fault they are short staffed. I told him than she should not have told me 10 minutes because if I had of known I'd still be there almost 45 minutes later I never would of ordered in the first place. He just kept yelling at me that he was short staffed. Hot and Ready my ass.!!! The level of immaturity in the girls there and the manager yelling at me was completely dishonorable. The poorest customer service I have ever seen. They couldn't even offer an apology.

This location has by far the WORST customer service! They have a bunch of 16 year boys working there who don’t smile, don’t welcome you or say have a good day/night. All they know how to say is ‘do you want crazy bread?’ Just so they don’t have to give it for free. Today on my way out I said ‘thanks have a good day too’ The employee Connor just ignored me. I went back just to get his name. But there’s another guy with messy hair and glasses and I swear I’m annoyed everytime I see him at the end of a long day, he is so miserable! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If it wasn’t for my kids wanting pizza once a week on their way home, I would never step foot in this place again. Teach these kids some customer service skills, it might benefit them later life!

Ordered a BBQ bacon pizza and Cinnamon bread. Arrived at the suggested time and told would be a couple of minutes. Ok, no problem. 15 min later I ask again, almost done. Finally get my order and mention to tall young guy with short hair, Timing of the pizza and cinnamon bread could be better. Drugs his shoulders and walks away... The last 2 time I have been there the service has been poor for one reason or another. Disappointed...

Little Caesar's had an uncanny ability to give me horrible diarrhea the likes of which no food has ever given me.
The workers move in actual slow motion like most people in this town.
Place seems dirty and poorly cleaned inside which probably explains my first point... Avoid.

The tag line is "hot & ready", but at 930pm on a Thursday there were zero pizzas available. I look forward to better pizza ready-made and time management planning. The staffer was kind with the bad news of no pizza, and he had to say it a lot as multiple people came in after me, also disappointed by the lack of "hot and ready" pizza ?♀️.
