Terrible Terrible place. Pre-Ordered 5 pizzas for my child's birthday party and it didn't show up. Was on hold for 20 mins only to be told the order wasn't placed on their end due to a technical error. Now I have 20 unhappy kids that didn't get any food to eat at all and my kids birthday was ruined. We rented a party room for an hour and were kicked out and everyone left with empty tummies. Last time I will ever give pizza pizza my business.

I had a great experience this past Sunday at Little Caesars, thanks to Jessica. There was a small mix-up with my order, but she handled it with professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help. Walked in and stood there for so long I actually had to call the place while standing at their front counter to tell them they had customers waiting (3 people behind me lined up also). They came up and were not friendly at all. Won’t be returning any time soon. Get your shit together.

I asked for easy on the sauce on the pizza I would not recommend this pizza place to anybody because they don't know what easy on the sauces. the customer service guy was unapologetic about it.

Waited for over 5 minutes in store and had no interaction, was the only customer in the store and there were multiple employees in the back. Left and went to Mr. Sub next door and got my order made in less time with someone in line in front of me. Would recommend any of the other options for food in this plaza over this Little Caesars location.

I have been to this location several times in the past and had great experiences. However I tried to visit this location September 13 late evening and had a terrible experience with the Indian girl. The Indian girl lacks maners,training and knowledge. She wanted me to take a pre made but I didn't want that. She proceeded to try and discourage me from ordering by telling me it will be a wait. I replied thats fine of course. I asked for extra cheese and she didn't know what I meant. No joke here ! My wife is my witness. I said the mozzarella ,still nothing. Then I had to proceed to explain in great detail. She finally goes " oh the base " at this point I realized my pizza was probably going to not be made properly so i left.
