Maybe look at your reviews LC. The guy working today around 1:45 gave instant attitude. Told us after we were standing there being ignored for ten minutes (because he turned off the door bell by the look of it) we don’t do lunch specials after 2pm. Arrived at 1:45 and was served at 1:55. Stroppy answers when we asked for a pizza. Like it was hardship to cook us a pizza. Then messed our order up and blamed us. Even told him, sorry for asking you to do your job man. Small man syndrome. I’ve bought hundreds of pizzas at this location and even have a review with around 100k views as it WAS so good. I won’t return if he’s there. You’re serving customers at a pizza place dude. If you have issues, leave then at home or stay home when someone politely asks you for a pizza.

The small man at the counter threw a tantrum today over his doorbell he was very upset that his door was making a ring noise and blamed it on me I did not install your doorbell Little Caesars little man someone should disable this doorbell before he goes crazy

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for a 3:45 pick time. I came into town earlier and called the store to see if my order could be made earlier. It rang then went to a voicemail that’s not initialized. I called back and the phone was picked up with no one saying hello but not hung up either. So I hung up. Each time after that, it went straight to voicemail. I get to the store and they have no explanation. I try calling the line while in the store, same thing. But in the meantime, I’m interrupted by the manager who rudely asks how can he help. I explain the phone issue then ask if I can have the order made earlier. He says he doesn’t have my order, which i placed online and showed him the confirmation. I can’t even cancel it. Then he tells me the phone works and to call it. Of course by that point the phone is back on the hook and working. I can’t get my order cancelled, can’t have the pizza made early and get horrible service. We’re regulars at this location but that’s no longer going to be the case.

It was a busy day than usual 😴 , but got my pizza 🍕 on time for my neice. They seem to enjoy it much this time, I was tempted to grab a slice 😅. It was actually yummy 😋.

Terrible Terrible place. Pre-Ordered 5 pizzas for my child's birthday party and it didn't show up. Was on hold for 20 mins only to be told the order wasn't placed on their end due to a technical error. Now I have 20 unhappy kids that didn't get any food to eat at all and my kids birthday was ruined. We rented a party room for an hour and were kicked out and everyone left with empty tummies. Last time I will ever give pizza pizza my business.
I had a great experience this past Sunday at Little Caesars, thanks to Jessica. There was a small mix-up with my order, but she handled it with professionalism and kindness. She went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help. It's not every day you find someone so committed to good customer service—Jessica truly made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you!

Walked in and stood there for so long I actually had to call the place while standing at their front counter to tell them they had customers waiting (3 people behind me lined up also). They came up and were not friendly at all. Won’t be returning any time soon. Get your shit together.
