Been to malones many times. Tonight’s experience was horrible which sucked as we raved about malones to our family visiting tonight from out of town. 1 hour wait for 3 sandwiches with fries. Food came, couldn’t even bite into it as the bread was rock hard, lumpy dry crusty stuff floating in the gravy. Waitress didn’t even come by to ask how we were doing. I came in for a few pints and onion rings. The beer was cold and fresh and the rings were delicious. The service was friendly and prompt.
The only complaint is that we could smell the bathroom odours in the dining room which a was a put off when eating.

Wings were 10/10 (big, juicy, good price) but the gar par flavour can be much better. Tried both the dry and spicy gar par (only two options) and both were not that great in my opinion so if your craving gar par I'd avoid. Otherwise I highly recommend. Dry Cajun, hot BBQ, etc were excellent.
