would obviously rate it a zero if I could. Im severely disappointed in my whole experience . As someone that is incredibly lactose intolerant I am not picking the vegan vanilla because of how 'exotic' and 'exciting' it sounds. but im so happy that the employee gave me a dirty look and proceeded to tell me the flavour wasnt good. and it had a weird taste. I didnt even ask for my money back I just threw out my $10 ice cream because believe it or not when someone tells you something tastes weird. you will taste that 'wierd' flavor. do better

The worker didn’t even know what the promo deal was and charged me and my boyfriend 20$ instead of 8 because she told us it didn’t matter on the size of the cup the deal still applies, then when we were asking why it was so expensive the other girl working said that it was only for regular sizes but they already made our icecream and we’re not offering to remake due to the one girls mistake, or say sorry whatsoever. And laughed it off together when we paid 20$ even though the whole reason why we went to marble slab in the first place was for the deal. Unbelievable service was terrible, if you’re working you should know the deals and how they work Lol. Never again.

The service here is horrible sadly. I’m not sure why one guy is on when it is 27 degrees outside, but he has no sense of urgency. I’ve come in a few times while he was on shift, it’s either the same situation or he under fills my cup. The only good worker at this store is the manager.

The worker was nice and calm, and the ice cream was good. But the reason im writing a review is because the management only put one person on the line. I would NEVER leave someone alone to do all the online orders, to restock, and to serve customers, especially on a weekend. He does not deserve that at all.

The ice cream and service was good, poor kid is there alone, has three online uber orders waiting with a full line so of course it took a long time to get served. Not his fault, please book more people to work these shifts and not make a young man that is probably in high school super stressed.
Absolutely Amazing ice cream shop!!! First time ever being here and I have to say I will 10000% be back. I just got my wisdom teeth out and need something nice and soft and this amazing student served me and was so personable and helped me pick out a soft amazing flavour for my mouth. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and we spent 70 dollars on all different flavours. I will be getting my two year old little girl custom birthday cake made here in June! Thanks guys for amazing customer service and a such tasty ice cream ❤️

This place used to be great. Came here getting two small ice cream in a cup. End up costing us $18 for TWO SMALL cups of ice cream. They got too expensive for my taste now. You could literally head over to Zehrs in the same plaza and buy two tubs of Ben & Jerry’s for less than that.On top of that, normally we get a nice and full cup of ice cream for the price we pay, but literally was just one scoop that didn’t fully fill our cup to the top.The cookie dough drizzle sucked. I ALWAYS used to get this flavour combo, and it has got worse. Barely any fudge, and barely any cookie dough. It seemed they cheaped out and now have these cooked cookie bits to replace the big blob of raw cookie dough they used to mix in which was awesome.I’m afraid this is the last time I’ll come to this ice cream establishment.
