Margot is an exceptional baker and someone you can trust. She made an amazing Gluten-Free Turtle Cake for a Reunion and nobody could stop talking about how amazing it tasted. It was decadent, moist, and perfectly balanced...and gorgeous to look at! She also baked the lightest and most tasty butter croissants for my friends and I. We were all fighting over the last croissant! I highly recommend Margot as a wonderful artist and impeccable business woman.
