Always a wait just for a coffee and tea...Always, but once you get to the window that annoyance goes away. I will not step foot in that dirty place, but the staff are wonderful ? One name that does stand out is Mike. I don't know what he does there, but he's super helpful!

The best way that I would be able describe this location would be to say "FREAK SHOW"!!
What you see outside while waiting for your order to be brought out to you is an eyeopener and an experience, to say the least.
I recently had to go into the Restaurant to place my order. I thought outside was bad. I was totally gob smacked by what I saw inside, if that's possible.
The Staff and Management have been nothing but excellent to me. Always a smile and a Hello!
However, I do feel for them. I would like to commend them for how they deal with the constant abuse day after day. They should also be given 'Hazard Pay".
Security may also be a suggestion.

Wife just waited in drive thru for half an hour to get only half the order and find out at home. Shouldn't have to double check orders. Great waste of an hour that no one has time for in the middle of the day. They constantly park drive thru orders and make you wait in the parking lot, the performance is absolutely dismal, Slowest, worst performing drive thru in Barrie.
Was there for lunch & the woman's washroom was so dirty, I couldn't bring myself to use it. Garbage on floor, toilet seats filthy & toilet bowls stained with a huge ring in them. Sinks & mirror, filthy hand blowers not working!

Says it’s open 24 hours but I’m here at 3am and there are garbage cans blocking the drive thru and the front doors are locked

Waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and no one took my order. It was 11:40pm at night and 4 other cars just left. When I drove through the drive-through to leave, they were behind the counter talking to each other and laughing. Bunch of clowns work here.
Whenever it’s busy in the night they always miss putting something in my order. One time they gave me less nuggets and today they did not give me my sauces. Like why am i paying extra for nothing? Why should I be checking my bag if it is their job to give me everything i paid for? Im upset
