Unfortunately this restaurant seems to value money over customer satisfaction. The workers are doing their best so I would have to say management may be the issue.

I’ve ordered a vanilla iced coffee using my points, but I was charged for a regular iced coffee plus syrup instead. The order was supposed to be punched as a vanilla iced coffee and promoted as free, but that didn’t happen. To make it worse, they added extra cream, which I didn’t ask for. I only noticed halfway through drinking it, and I don’t plan on going back to correct it, but this really doesn’t reflect well on their service. It’s disappointing and leaves a bad impression

Today at 1425 I visited you. I ordered two coffees. One medium and one small with different combination but the Guy was not listening and continuously making wrong order. He got annoyed as I was correcting him. Still he made wrong order. I went to payment window and told him that order is still wrong please make it 1 medium not 2. He correct the order and get angry on me n SHUT the window on me without listening me. Is this your level of customer services????? This is how you treat your customers???? After collecting my coffees, still one coffee don't have sweetener added in it. I have no choice to went to Tim hortons and got a new coffee for my self rest what else I do??? but next time I will not visit you again , Bye Bye Mac. Keep insulting your customers.
