Me and my bf went to go get something to eat got home and were eating when my bf noticed a bug in the box if his burger opened up the burger and found more inside that is absolutely disgusting and a waste of money will never be going back

What a joke I sat in the rain on my bike for minutes at the drive thru honked and tried speaking to the speaker multiple times got ignored to the point a customer behind asked to drive up to the window. So I did so then got refused a simple order of coffee.. Alex (female) the manager did not have her headset on and allowed all her employees to sit on there phones be disrespectful and refuse an order. Will never will going here again don't recommend.

This place has shot straight downhill over the last few years. Their service is absolutely pathetic, they miss food orders, and make you wait 15+ mins for your food when you go through the Drive-Thru.

Every time i come here , even if i am the only person in the whole entire store/ drivethru ordering one simple french frys , i get told to go park and wait in a spot and end up waiting for 15 minutes. Not sure why this has become a reoccurring thing with this location. Wont be back anymore.

You could honestly eat food in a diner served by a waiter in less time than it takes to get breakfast at this location. It's scary. No urgency from the staff and you wait in the parking lot for a half hour.

This location rarely gets anything right. 1- black coffee is actually lukewarm 2- two customized burgers and they get BOTH wrong 3- fries are cold 4- burgers are not even hot Zero quality assurance. Take pride in your job. If you can't then you need to be fired. Plenty of other people are needing jobs and you should not be working there if you can't follow instructions.
Seriously Chicken sandwich is disgusting. Can't believe how dry the chicken and the bun are. You better order something to drink with it to get it down

Service was A1. Lisa in particular was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I went inside for sweet and sour sauce while waiting for our drive thru order. She noticed I came in and confirmed what my order was and said next time just to let her know so I wouldn't have to come out in the cold. Then she added an extra one into our bags.
Food wise, our breakfast sandwiches were carefully put together, not messily tossed like many other locations. Everything was hot and straightened.
