Have had many bad experiences at this McDonald's including tonight being ignored while 2 other cars drove up to the other speaker and were waited upon. Always a long wait for food and never any reasoning for it. Food quality is good, for McDonald's.

We got sick every time we bought food here, don’t know what it is but it doesn’t happen when we buy at other locations. We haven’t been here in a while because of this but the customer service is so bad. Mostly teenagers work here, they always mess up our order and take forever so the amount of cars waiting for orders is ridiculous and blocks the exit for those not waiting.

Buy small coffee four medium size orders behind me i know how many because the screen shows how many orders are in waiting serves three before get my order happened twice now. They know what there doing is wrong they quietly glance at me but they ignore anyway. Will keep posting until stops. How long does it take to make coffee not three medium size order long.

This location is frustrating, first thing in morning between 630-9 service is great fast friendly accurate ..after that none of the above applies , no please no thank you no accuracy and when you double check your order at the window ..they gat mad because your holding up the line ..then I hold it up even longer because 3-5 time its wrong ...

I visited this McDonald’s and ordered a Junior Burger and a Caramel Iced Coffee. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The girl at the counter served me with a very rude attitude. When she handed me the straw, she threw it carelessly, and it fell on the floor. She didn’t even bother to call out the order number properly, leaving customers confused.
The staff’s behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn’t expect such poor service from a brand like McDonald’s. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I definitely would. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.
