No excuse why it takes so long to order and get a simple order at 11:30pm. But at least the Ice Cream machine wasn't broken, but then again it would of been better then the melted sundae I got since they made it and sat it there while they made my food.

Don’t expect to get your food from the drive-thru. I was told to park and wait for my food then waited over 20 minutes only to have to go inside and get my food that had been sitting there waiting myself

Hopefully they are hiring bc this has got to be the slowest, most inefficient and unfriendly drive thru in Ontario and I'm speaking from multiple experiences. Get it together folks

Worst McDonalds. Sure, I get that it's a new item, but I wouldn't have chosen it if they had told me they wouldn't add the full ingredients. I specifically chose it because it looked like a health option. When I opened it up I didn't trust my food and decided not to eat it after not being able to eat all day. So disappointing. What's more, the line up wait time at the drive through was already at a standstill at 11pm. And I could see people inside waiting as well. My order was the new sweet chili m wrap and I was handed not even $10 worth of poor quality questionably made chicken. I do not suggest this McDonalds to anyone. FYI I also ordered typical menu items: ice cream cone (cone was okay although tilting) and mc doubles (I had asked for extra ketchup and mustard) and they didn't even get that right. The owners have other McDonalds that are amazing and Yonge and Minet's Point they are amazing. I don't know why there is a world of difference to the quality of the Barrie view location...

It's getting super expensive and this one felt like a nursing home cafeteria. One slice of tomato is 50c. I ordered 3 ona. Burger for $1.50. they are thin and probably 10 per tomato. That makes it a $5 tomato. I can't imagine any restaurant makes that much margin. This clown knows his game.

I ordered inside to take out. Had to wait 12 minutes for my order. As I was leaving I saw that the order was wrong l.
Another man was waiting over 20 minutes when I got my food. He was still there when they fixed my order.drive they service was fast. Interior service was slow. They had one person working the front at dinner time, taking emails to tables and putting together takeout meals.
Not got McD's. The focus on drive thru and food couriers is detracting from the in-restaurant experience.
Personally, I will not be coming back to this location for a while.

Ok, please tell your staff to wash their hands because when they hand you food, no one wants to see black scum under watch their nails…. The guy who handed me my coffee had black dirt under his nails and he touched the part right where my mouth goes… this is completely unacceptable! And please listen carefully when you take an order… it’s always wrong

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I order, something is missing, and I end up having to go back. When you go to the counter, no one pays attention to you — you can easily stand there for 15 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge you.
On top of that, when I placed my order on the self-serve kiosk, it didn’t even give me a receipt because it showed an error.
Absolutely terrible service. I’m never coming back.

The service is definitely slower than other McDonalds. Especially for curbside. Why do drive through people get their food faster than I do when I order long before them?
