I recently went to this McDonald’s late at night, and the service was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and they didn’t link my order to my McDonald’s account, even though I specifically asked. On top of that, the food was cold by the time I received it. This is not the quality I expect from McDonald’s, and I don’t plan on coming back to this location. I hope you will improve employee training to provide better customer service in the future.

Terrible customer service, they ran out of monopoly for the XL coffees but every other coffee still had the monopoly stickers. Instead of giving me a monopoly sticker like every other McDonald’s has done for me when they run out, they told me no multiple times. Will not be back, very disappointing.

Staff has stopped taking orders at 3:40-4:40am to switch to breakfast… way longer than other restraunt locations

25 minutes in and still no order. They seem to prioritize drive thru rather than the people waiting pretty long times to dine in.
Management was aware of the long times and gave us some vouchers and apologized for the long wait.

Garbage service. Why have a drive-thru when you just park everyone. Sitting and waiting for happy meal hot cakes which took close to 15mins. Poor girl taking the food out to the vehicles not knowing which order belongs to which vehicle. Fast Food at this place is an overstatement, BPs would’ve been quicker.

All I ate the entire day yesterday was this. I legitimately have not left the toilet since last night at 8pm. Never had food poisoning like this ever in my life. This experience will be the soul reason I will never eat McDonald’s again in my entire life, so thanks for that.

Make sure to check your order if you are ordered in the drive-thru. We ordered a kids' meal with a crispy chicken roll, and they didn't put chicken in the roll. If it's by mistake, understandable, but cheating shouldn't be tolerated.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, it is a 2 lane drive thru and they were taking 2 car orders to 1 car (uneven = taking even longer) I ordered a BLT combo with no onions & a Coke Zero, 10 piece chicken nuggets combo for my son. Chicken was rubbery, fries were cold, Coke Zero was flat and my burger only had the patty, 2 pickles and mayo....no bacon, no lettuce, no tomato. I will never go back to this location again.

The prices are getting out of hand its more expensive noticeably than competitors (no deals or 2 for combos to make prices come back down to earth) and the new renovations are garbage uncomfortable seating awkward counters . Won't be eating in at this location again. Side note Arch burgers makes up for what big macs have become
