Staff always seem to be double covering positions, rather than delegating to other jobs (especially dreivethrough window). Throughout would increase greatly at this location if duties were double covered less. Lobby guests are often forgotten about, and completed food and hot drink orders sit idle long after they are ready to be handed out to customers.
