Staff refusing 70 people service inside, if you go through the drive through you will be served though. Place is a joke, claiming they don’t have enough staff to to lock the front door. Won’t come back or recommend to anyone and I hope the owner is aware how much money they are turning away.

Ordered two egg mcmuffins, double toasted, and no cheese due to allergies. Ended up waiting for 12min at the second window and still ended up having cheese on them. Nice and toasty though! Good thing I wasn't their secret shopper or it would've been a big FAIL. Also... person handing out the order said "here you go".

Every car in drive thru was parked, took almost 15 mins form our order to come. Fries were stale, cold and so salty they were inedible. Coffee was burnt, and the girl taking orders should maybe go get trained again

Ive never walked in such a gross fast food place. Its criminally understaffed and unable to keep up wirh cleaning or garbage pickup.
One of the better McDonalds in Barrie. Sometimes slow, but orders are mostly accurate.

Ordered online and went through the drive through at 5am. Apparently the online system was down and they could not confirm my order nor take my order. Pretty annoying for a 24 hour location. No timeframe when they would fix the problem. Then I drive in a circle and I see people behind me getting food. So felt like it must of been only 30 seconds. When employees are not trained properly what else are they missing? Thinking back about it, do they wash their hands when they go to the washroom? It stupid but so is this whole situation.
