Drive- thru Didn’t finish ordering and told us to come to the next window. Ordered a poutine and they put it into the bag so half the poutine would spill out on to the rest of our food and didn’t give me a fork. Every time previously never give me barbecue when asked. I’m fed up honestly. I’d understand one in awhile not getting an order right but every time I here it never right.

This location does not properly maintain their fountain soda machines. This is on my way home from the cottage, and I often stop during the summer to grab a drink. My last two visits in a row, the pop has been flat. More attention to maintenance is required.

Ladies washroom was filthy! No staff member at the till until I requested a staff member to ask the Manger to send someone to the till. Inside the restaurant was not that busy and the drive through was no busier than the average McDonald's. This location needs to step it up a notch

Just ordered a couple of egg McMuffin meals this morning and Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for order. I thought McDonald’s is supposed to be Fast Food. Parking lots was filling up with people waiting for orders people walking out of the McDonald’s all looked angry. Will be trying to avoid this McDonald’s for now on.

I was at the drive through this morning (23rd August 2025) with my boyfriend and added a shake shake fries to my order at the first window which we paid extra for. The lady at the second window said we haven’t added it, said you can see it in the receipt and kept on saying that we haven’t -we asked her multiple times to check with lady at the first window and mentioned that we just paid and added it to our existing order to which she very rudely said it’s okay I’ll give it to you for free. I would highly appreciate if employees can have a better communication amongst themselves and not be rude to a paying customer. I would prefer driving to a McDonalds that is 10 mins far from my house rather than go to a store that is closer to my house but has rude staff.

In the drive thru, they always forget (100% of the time) to add condiments to your bag, if you want some you have to ask at the food window. If you get sent to the front you are SOL.

Very poor customer service specially at night, they make you wait for extended time for even quick to go things like sundae's, I waited for almost 15 min in the drive thru for just 2 sundae's. Seriously, if you don't have someone's order park them please. Very poor management, deeply disappointed.

The worst McDonald I have ever seen. The swing manager Gurman is very rude to the customers and has no etiquette to talk to the customers. Please have better and polite staff.

Just got ripped off on their breakfast sandwiches if u buy the combo u don't get the 2.79 sandwich they have on the screen behind them. Then they argue about a refund. So annoying.

Worst time of my life. Went through drive through and paid including 2 apple pies to find out at last window it would be 11 minutes but lady didn’t tell us that. Then get meal and filet o fish was cold. It will be along time going back there.

I had a takeout of 5 burgers all of them were poorly packed and the wrapping was covered in sauce. Even the burgers were cold and covered in sauce also we had to wait for those for 10-15 minutes in drive thru
