My wife and I had breakfast at McDonald's on Cundles Road Barrie, Monday March 25 2024.Breakfast burritos were cold, Blt bagel was extremely stale , hashbrowns were luke warm , soggy and tasted like the grease needed replaced. To add insult to injury the coffee was burnt.Sounds like a manager was not on his or her toes.

very careless night staff they hand delivery order without checking the order number with the dashers. i was here to pick delivery for customer wednesday night. with their code system they send me message twice to pick order however no one came out and i message the order number again third time a (i don’t know employee name however he describe to be a healthy fat white skin tone guy with spectacles) comes out and said me that they don’t have order after 30 min. they wasted my 30 min outside the store. why shouldn’t they be responsible enough to tell this thing a bit early. I believe they also need to re-trained to talk a bit politely with their guests.

The meal was great and the service was great too. I'll be eating there again for sure.Parking: There is always plenty of available parking nearby. Disabled parking is also available, but they only have one spot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have an easily accessible wheelchair entrance. They also have wheelchair seating at the tables.

Fries are always COLD. 19 out of 20 times terrible. Even when I ask for hot fries, they are disgusting. Asst Mger (female) incredibly rude. I pay over $30 for food & expect hot food. Not the case. Very poor food quality.
