Great atmosphere every time we went to this location. What made our experience even more memorable tonight is our amazing waitress Crystal C. She was just amazing and so friendly it even stuck out to my children. It was my daughter’s 11th birthday and she wanted to go to Milestones for dinner and Crystal made her night that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend this location for great service.
Always enjoy coming here, was a little busy but was a packed house. Good value for food size and cost.

As we head into the holiday season we will be visiting Milestone in Barrie a few times a week. We are excited to try some new things on the menu and also our regulars. I have been dining at Milestones in Barrie for ten years for both business and social. I have had many fantastic servers over the years. I have to say I have had a few servers that have really demonstrated fantastic customer service. If a server remembers a couple of things about what you have shared with them over time….WOW. I have had the privilege of meeting Stephanie two years ago. She last served me about seven months ago however remembers exactly what I do for a living, where I cottage, remembers exactly the entrees I like and best of yet how I like ice with my white wine. My husband and I visit Milestones frequently as we are also in retail and have very busy lives. In December our busiest time at work we visit Milestones weekly and look to the personal greeting and fantastic service they provide.

Horrific bathrooms and a lot can be judged by the way a restaurant bathroom is kept. No lights in men’s stalls and the filthiest urinals I’ve ever seen. Worse than the last gas station I was in! Tables felt very dirty with most of the old varnish rubbed off. Food was good which saved the overall experience. I expect more from a corporate restaurant and won’t be returning.

I went for dinner last night with me and my boyfriend, amazing Staff but Rachell served us and she went above and beyond. Amazing server she brought us drinks on time kept checking up on us, food came nice and quick and overall her personality was amazing.

Will not recommend this place.
The food was good, but the service really disappointed me. The waitress Stephanie was very cold and dismissive, which made the experience less enjoyable. Never came to check if we needed anything (had to ask someone else) At the end of she placed our change on our table and rushed away, never said thank you or have a great day. Very cold individual. Never had such awful service.

While in Barrie, my wife and I made a late reso for Milestones. Having worked for the company 20yrs ago, we figured it would be a touch nostalgic. I definitely recommend a reso as they were very busy. It is nice that they have a dedicated plant-based portion of their menu. I had the tofu lettuce wraps. Obviously a bit messy, the lettuce itself was mostly in small pieces which made it somewhat difficult to 'wrap'. It wasn't hot or cold, just kinda warm. The portion of tofu and veg was a good amount. My wife has the portobello chicken on mash. Not hot or cold, kinda just warm. Overall my wife enjoyed it. We split the sweet potato fries and both had a Seedlip Pineapple, jalapeños margaritas which was enjoyable. There were a lot of alcohol free options. I saw the pasta ragu from the plant-based menu and it looked delicious. I'd try that next time for sure. Service was fast and our server and hostess were totally pleasant. Would recommend for those seeking plant-based options.
