This was such a weird experience. We got seated and they handed us a bunch of menus, mostly featuring Ribs, that is their specialty. Half of us decided to have ribs, but we were informed they were out. We went to order drinks, and they appeared to run out of a lot including ice tea. When our food finally game, we asked for cutlery, which we got 3/4 as they informed us they were out of those as well. Probably won't be going back.
First time visiting Barrie, I came here for dinner with a friend. Really liked the atmosphere and vibe of Montana’s. Our server was very sweet and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of. We ordered the beef nachos as our appetizer and it was delicious, I loved the cheese and how crispy the chips were. I had the BBQ Ribs with fries and it was amazing. The gravy took our food to the next level. Only thing I can say was the fries were a little bit too salty, but still...
Last week, I wrote a not so nice experience I had at this establishment. However I would like to extend my thanks to Kevin Krelove for reaching out and giving us a do over for our dinner and dealing with the situation. Tonight's meal was Hot, very good, our waitress Andrea did a fantastic job, and of course the other staff who brought our meal out.. This experience this evening is the Montana 's I know. Thank you again Kevin , we certainly appreciate it.
