Slowest service I've ever experienced!. Despite there being 2 employees "working" (and 1 guy sitting in the back in a puffy jacket doing nothing) these guys moved like they were working in slow motion. From the moment we ordered 3 pretzels it took 15 minutes to get my food!!!! We were told that it would be 4 to 5 minutes but 15?!?! The pretzels came out of the oven in under 5 but they sat there!!! Don't get me wrong... These pretzels are delicious but not worth standing there for the 15 minute watching the sloth show.

Terrible so terrible. So, I went their politely asked to make sure that if they put enough seasoning on my pretzel, the girl to whom I wasn’t even talking yelled at me that ask for extra then. I asked for enough bcuz for the past I had no seasoning at all on my pretzel. When I asked her to stop showing attitude to me she told me to leave otherwise she will give me refund. I asked about managers name, she said she is the manager. When I asked owners name she started showing so much attitude. Will never recommend to anyone. I had got attitude in the past as well from her, and sadly I am also the manager but never talks to my customers like this.

This mall ls springily nice and filled with tons of delights for foodies. I ate at their food court. Opting for Wiki hut, instead of the more popular options, and my taste buds were forever thankful, while leaving I spotted a Candy shop and my sweet tooth guided me in, Artisan chocolates, little candied snack ables and fancy caramel apples oh my! The rocky mountain chocolate factory store delivered. Their artisan chocolate boxes are a bit on the expensive side, but YOLO! and the box is well worth it.

I don't recommend the customers to purchase food from this store location (Georgian Mall). As there are many reasons, Firstly, I have order for cinnamon bites cost nearly 8$. The dressing was good but the bites were too hard to chew so I went immediately to store and complained. Initially they refuged to replace it after asking her multiple times that the bits are too hard to eat and asked the employee to taste it, then the lady became too rude and said to me in a harsh way that the bites are freshly made and she replaced me with other bits, for this set she even did not do proper dressing and gave me cinnamon on side asked me to dip the bits with cinnamon and eat as they are running out of time I know the store is closing with in 20 mins but I even know that the dressing will only take 2mins of time. The second set was even too hard from the first set which made me to through the bits in garbage. The Indian Girl who is at cash counter was too rude she don't even know how to receive the customer and how to speak in this type of situation. My overall experience I felt this store is too worst. Waste of spending money.

This store is true gift for pretzels lovers. Great selection of freshly baked amazingly tasty sweet and zesty pretzel products. Dipping souses are very appetizing. TOSCANA PRETZEL AND BITES are delicious. It’s interesting to watch how pretzels are hand made on store’s counter and so perfectly shaped. Excellent service with a smile, courteous and fast. Great place to get enjoyably yummy treatwe L❤️VE.
7:30pm dec 28 2021Staff person was wearing mask under his nose, taking it on and off, eating food, wiping his nose, and did not wash hands after touching his face. At the same time he was serving customers, handling the food trays, "cleaning" the counter. I was appalled at his lack of hygiene and total disregard for the mask. Unbelievable in these times. Horrible at the best of times.
