I’m not a big sub fan I think subway is disgusting, but Mr sub is always my go too when I want a sandwich. they have fresh bread and I’m never disappointed when I come here!

I tried to give this location another chance after it was sold, the first time I went my bread was very dry and crumbly. I returned today and as soon as I saw the worker pull out the bread I couldn't even continue with the order. The bread looked like flat bread. It was all super deflated and looked extremely dry.FYI Mr Sub owner there is reason there is a BREAD BOX in the store. It is to store FRESHLY BAKED BREAD DAILY. Unless you are not serving your customers fresh baked bread there is no need to store the buns in bags within the bread box. The bags cause moisture to get stuck with the bread. Mr Sub brand is known for baking fresh bread daily, I doubt that this is happening so I will not be spending my money here any longer.This used to be favourite Mr Sub when it was owned by Ted & Diane the quality is not there anymore. Very disappointing. Feel bad for all the other loyal customers that cannot come to enjoy a sandwich at this location anymore. End of an Era.

They refuse to heat my pizza some in the microwave and then put it into the Press after a big argument she finally put it in the microwave but didn't hit the start button and only pretended to microwave it and then put it in the Press after telling me it would be too hot to submarine was actually cold inside and I did not enjoy it who are they to tell anybody how they wanted heated maybe the person will not be eating it right and they were very nasty

This place was good with the old owners Ted and Diane. It went downhill fast after the original girl they had during the day went to another location. She was awesome. Then she left and nobody there seemed to care. 1 or 2 maybe. Repeat problems even after schooling them on how to fix it. I quit going there and I was there 2-3 times a day at one point for the coffee and subs.

The last sub I got here was perfectly made to my specifications. Skimpy on the onions but willingly added more at my request. I have been going to this location for many years. I think the ownership changed a couple years ago, and after that it seemed they were really skimping on the ingredients, and at one point I vowed to not go back because of that. The other day I took another chance and the server did not skimp. I think it might depend on who is serving you, and if they are related to the owner.

We went here tonight, the food was so good, the subs were packed full of ingredients, everything was fresh and the restaurant was super clean! The lady serving tonight was so friendly, and helpful, easily some of the best customer service I've experienced recently. We will definitely be coming back, thank you very much!

Just went through the drive thru on Bayfield st. Drive thru speaker not working. Ordered a assorted sub on white. Sub bun is stale and lettuce is turning brown. Ever since this store changed owners can't seem to get a fresh sub no matter what bun choice I choose. Time to try subway
