The bread is not the best but the rest was fine.
The girl who worked on the afternoon shift of January 4 2026 was so good. She made my sub exactly how I asked and went above and beyond doing little things that some places wouldn't do because they're terrible at customer service but this girl was kind enough to make the sun exactly how I asked.
If she is not the owner and her boss ever reads this, trust me you should give her a raise and promotion. I've been to different sub places (like Subway) and they often will make excuses why they can't make the sub in a way I ask simply because they have to do something small extra (no added cost to them though) but because so many Canadian businesses absolutely suck at customer service (US is way better at customer service than Canada is), I recognize how awesome this girl was when she made sure to do everything I asked of her. She is literally the reason I would come back to this location.
She was really nice and courteous and pleasant as well. Most workers at other places are bad at hiding how much they hate working where they're working or hate people, but this girl was genuinely a kind and good human being who likes her job and doesn't have a chip on her shoulder. She was also polite and said hello, thank you, good bye etc.
Her boss is lucky she is working there. I would hire her for my business for sure. They should seriously consider giving her a raise. You don't get a lot of good employees these days. She's really good at what she does and knows how to make a great sub.

Usually good spot but their hours are wrong. On Google and in store it says open 10am on Saturday and I waited until 11am because the other store I called said they will open at 11am. Employee told me they can't change the Google hours.... I then informed him, we'll you store hours on the window are wrong too if you open at 11am. He did not seem too care.
I'll be switching locations if the basic service of following your store hours can't be followed.

The business profile clearly states it closes at 11 pm today which is Wednesday October 29th. We show up at 9:49 pm to make an order of 4 subs with combos all of which we want toasted. We are told after we pick our bread and dress the subs that he is closing in ten minutes and the toasters are down because of this. The guy says rudely that we should make up our minds as we would have chosen our subs differently if we had known this ahead of time. Maybe even have gone to subway as they are open later and toast our subs no matter how close to close they are.This guy was super pushy trying to get his store closed and in doing so the service was non existent literally garbage!At any rate this was super inconvenient and we will not be back to this location any time soon!

Took my order via ann anp even though the store wasn’t open. Waited 45 minutes for them to open to be told that they just opened and couldn’t grill or warm up my sub. The store was also five minutes late opening

Spacious and clean. Staff made the sandwiches really well. Courteous staff here. Nice location for a quick dine in. The windows are nicely tinted so it’s very comfortable inside. The bathroom is also very clean.
