This was the first and last time I'll be ordering from here. Everything about the order was stale. The bread, the tuna, the veggies, even the pickle spears were limp like old flowers. The cookies....probably a few weeks old. Currently on day 3 of my food poisoning aftermath. Stay away from this place.

I ordered a roast beef sub today and it was terrible. How can a sandwich shop serve such stale bread, even after getting it heated which usually improves the bread it was stale and dry. The whole point of a sandwich is the fresh bread. I also noticed brown lettuce and soggy looking peppers and tomatoes - I did not order those. The only thing decent was roast beef on the sandwich. Overall it was the worst sub sandwich I ever had in my life. Mr Sub has gone down hill big time because they don't monitor quality of the products being put out. The owner saved 50 cents on a stale bun and lost a customer forever.

So disappointed— I bought a turkey sandwich, when I reached my destination I took a bite and the bread was stale, old and hard. Why in a place where you bake fresh bread daily — you served stale day old crap? Never again at this location 08/05/24 ASK FOR FRESH BREAD IF YOU EAT HERE. Again not impressed!

Super dissatisfied, order 2 subs on the app and was told at pick up they didn't have the main special ingredients that make the barboca sub good. Without the coleslaw the sub was not good. Very disappointed

I went in to order a sub but needed to use the restroom first. It was absolutely filthy. If that is an indication of their standard of cleanliness behind the counter I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered online a combo with large sub, cookies and a canned drink. Added a bottled drink to get delivery fee waived and husband and I shared. Arrived soggy, no cookies, no canned drink. Skip won't refund the missing parts ($4 to upgrade to combo) sandwich was gross. Never had Chipotle sauce make my sub watery and falling apart before? Lesson learned, won't be supporting this business in any way again!

Staff is absolutely amazing. Not sure why the pizza sauce and salami changed. It was perfect before the new sauce is terrible. Hopefully they go back to the old sauce again if they do I will be back if not its subway I guess

I ordered a steak and chz sub. As you can see in the photo, I don't think anyone would call that enough steak to feed someone. They also missed adding the mustard. Seriously?!? I think management should retrained their employees on how to prepare a proper sub, so

I went into Mr. Sub on Anne just before 5:00 on Thursday night. The young woman working was on her own and provided exceptional service. She was professional, kind and a good communicator. My order was quite large and upon completion, I heard her politely apologize to the man behind me for the wait (even though she was super efficient. ) My husband actually commented on how his sub tasted that night. Hope this awesome employee is recognized for her service!
