I ordered a steak and chz sub. As you can see in the photo, I don't think anyone would call that enough steak to feed someone. They also missed adding the mustard. Seriously?!? I think management should retrained their employees on how to prepare a proper sub, so

I went into Mr. Sub on Anne just before 5:00 on Thursday night. The young woman working was on her own and provided exceptional service. She was professional, kind and a good communicator. My order was quite large and upon completion, I heard her politely apologize to the man behind me for the wait (even though she was super efficient. ) My husband actually commented on how his sub tasted that night. Hope this awesome employee is recognized for her service!

I ordered takeout from here a few times recently. The order was spot-on, the quality of the food is better than Subway (and less expensive), and the woman at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant appeared to be clean as well. Support Canadian business, especially when it's better than the competition.

This location seems to be terrible of late! Food is always awful, brown lettuce and more. The owner tells me to send my concerns to his Facebook page or website, GUESS WHAT! There is no way to send them a message! So the owner is just wasting our time.I used to go here almost 3 to 5 times a week and now I will never return.

I have gone to this location twice now. The first time I ordered a 6 inch tuna sub. When i watched her put it together, I noticed they had not mixed the tuna with the mayo, she squeezed the mayo on it . I've never had that at any other Mr. Sub. Tuna is usually mixed together. I assume this location does this too ensure the tuna lasts longer in the bin, as adding mayo to it may make it spoil faster? Anyways, I mentioned it to her and she was kinda rude about it, said no we don't do that, I asked if she could just mix my tuna in a small bowl with the mayo, and she would not. I felt obligated to buy the sub at this point because it was made. The sub was not good. Very dry, as most of the tuna was not covered in mayo. I was hugely disappointed, so I have avoided going back to this location (the only location who serves their tuna this way). Yesterday, after months i went in for my second time. This time I steered clear of the tuna, lol, and ordered a steak and cheese. She used tongs to put the steak on the bread, but it was so little. It barely covered the bread. Usually they use a measured scoop to grab the steak, so you are guaranteed a certain amount....not this location. There was very little steak on it, so little, that I ended up pulling all the steak from my foot long into the one half (threw away the other 6 inches of bread). Even by combining all the steak on half the bread, it still was more bread than steak. So disappointing. The steak sub is like 12 dollars. This location seems to be cutting back on everything, staff are not cheerful or helpful. Its a shame, but I will never go back to this location. This franchise owner is obviously struggling and making changes for the worse. I can only see it going further downhill.

Very disappointed in my salad! What is Mr. Sub serving? My chicken Cesar salad consisted of tomatoes, brown iceberg lettuce, 2 pieces of bacon strips and the chicken. What kind of salad do you call that? Certainly not a chicken Cesar! No romaine lettuce or spring mix. Just the lettuce they use for the subs!

Poor online ordering experience (ordered directly on their website). Arrived at store at precisely quoted time (4:07pm) which was 15 minutes after we paid online. Not only was our food not ready, but the single staff member was serving in-store customers that just arrived instead of making our food (which we paid for 15 minutes prior). So why bother ordering online if we are lower priority than in-store customers? We ended up waiting an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes for our food.Our food quality was on par with what you can expect for Mr Sub restaurants. Flavours were good, and the food was cooked properly.Store ambiance was bright open and awkwardly spacious for a restaurant. Very little seating despite having a large dining area.Won't be spending our hard-earned money here again.
