Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Usually I like Mucho burriot alot, but when I went there the other day I had a really poor experience. The individual at the counter seemed really checked out. I ordered the ghost pepper burrito and it was just slopped together super quickly without ANY care. She didnt ask if I wanted any customization, just threw it together as fast as possible, putting way too much sauce on. When I tried to eat the burrito, it was falling apart due to the excessive sauce, and was overall just really poor quality in terms of taste. I threw the burrito out without eating much, and went to buy food somewhere else. When you pay $41 for a burrito, a burriot bowl, and 2 drinks, this is NOT the experience you want. Was honestly a super dissapointing experience, I will not be back. Oh, and I didnt feel well the next day ontop of everything else.

We stop here regularly on our way up north from Etobicoke to Muskoka. Staff are always friendly and the food is decent; tasty, filling and always fresh. On our most recent visit the staff were exceptionally good with our kids (3x kid’s quesadillas ordered) preparing them first and serving with care. We enjoyed our burritos too. Small and Regular were fine for us, didn’t need the Mucho size. We will be back

I used to love this Mucho Burrito, but the last two times I've gone, they are really scrimping on their burrito fillings. I always get a Regular size burrito, and both the grilled veg and beef barbacoa servings were very small. Loads of rice though! Not good. I gave them a second chance, but I think I'll be checking out other locations in the hopes they aren't scrimping.

ever since the store changed ownership, the store has been amazing. food is always hot and tastes amazing. staff are always willing to help if needed and are super kind:)

I went here yesterday for a burrito and was greeted by big smiles and a yummy smell . i ordered a chicken burrito and it was delicious. i would definitely recommend going here to anyone who’s in the mood for amazing food and a great atmosphere. P.S definitely try the new fries as a side there so good.

Ordered on the app today ahead of time. Said to come at 5:50 pm. When I arrived they didn't even start the order yet. No apology at all the whole time. They said it would be a 10 minute wait but the wait was longer. There were no customers at the time. Both workers were very rude. Won't be coming back. Avoid this location.

Just wanted to share something that happened to me so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else: I was at home eating my burrito from Mucho Burrito, when I bit into something very hard that hurt my teeth. When I felt the resistance and pain I immediately let up and inspected the burrito, which is when I realized there was a large piece of what is either very hard plastic or metal in my burrito.

This is extremely disappointing and I am very upset. The most frustrating part of this experience was that my Fiancé was met with so much hostility and issues when he tried to use his student SPC card to get the free chips and dip. The employees fought him relentlessly on this subject and weren’t properly educated on their own stores protocols and procedures. They were doing so all while having multiple SPC stickers surrounding them and the building. To have this much of a fight for chips and dip only to later bite into a piece of metal/hard plastic while eating the burrito is truly pathetic.

In regard to the piece of metal/hard plastic found in the burrito, understand that this could be a one off and single event, however, I did want to warn the community as this could mean that they have equipment that is currently broken or breaking— and there could be more pieces found in other people’s burritos. This also means that whoever is eating the Pulled Pork is clearly eating fragments of this material, as they did not use any utensils while assembling my burrito— which means this was already lodged into the meat well in advance.

I am extremely upset and extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location again and would rather make the drive to a different location then support this one.

I haven't been to Mucho anywhere in probably a year. I came to the one on Mapleview the other day. I didn't realize until after my food was made that the chicken in my bowl and daughters quesadilla was burnt. It made everything taste bitter and horrible. My daughter did not want to eat it. She kept asking for a drink after every bite gave her. I also realized after we left, I wasn't offered any grilled vegetables, which usually they do, but I gapped it since its been awhile and a lot of the containers had lids on them so I didn't see any.
We didn't eat it all, and I saved it for the next day, trying not to waste money. It was even worse tasting because the burnt flavor soaked more into the food.
Also, this next part isn't the locations fault, but Mucho got rid of shrimp as an option, and it was my favorite protein. I'm not sure I'll be going back to any Mucho anytime soon after the last experience. Sad, because it was one of my favorite places to eat.

My burrito was tasteless and was wet like water. The person working talked at maximum 5 decibels and got me and my girlfriend’s order wrong like 3 times. The bowl my girlfriend got tasted terrible and the rice was like cut up cardboard dipped in water. This was a terrible experience and meal, should not have costed 2 hours if minimum wage pay, y’all wasted my time and money, do better.
