Completely inconsistent. Order through Doordash and recieve a $19 sad tiny burrito that is half the size of the previous same order. Added extra of the optional topping but doesn't matter. That's twice now.

Everything there looked old and disgusting. Like it had been sitting all day. The meat and cooked veggies were cold. The server used his hands to put salsa in my bowl. He touched a bunch of stuff in the kitchen, pots pans, the stove, and the register then came back and stuck his hands in the food without changing his gloves. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and dont eat there.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They insist on serving nachos on a plate, arguing it is a dine-in only item despite being able to get nachos in a bowl for take out at every other Mucho Burrito location. If a customer requests a specific take out container, it doesn't change the food itself???? I would never pay for a plate of nachos to go spilling all over my vehicle, you cannot control people wanting to go home to eat instead of staying in the restaurant with take out containers. Secondly, as I was trying to explain I have never been given issues about asking for nachos in a bowl at other locations, she began to add rice to my taco which I had not asked for any toppings at all yet. DO NOT ASSUME what your customers want as toppings. Waste of my time, walked out without buying this time and will never give this location my time or money again.

Quality of food at this location has slipped greatly. Amount and quality of toppings are horrible. Empty on a Friday night, and still missing toppings(no mixed veggies, only green peppers). Still charged full price with no apologies from the manager(bald man in a button-up shirt). Will not be returning..

Just bought a chicken bowl. The Indian girl was so unprofessional and rude. I don’t know who the owner is but one thing I am sure that he is very cheap. If you are charging full at least give the full portion. Why you guys are stealing from our food???? The girl was so angry as if I had asked for a free bowl.

We love the shrimp Burrito. I'm sure it would have been great, but we were told they didn't have shrimp right now. We are used to waiting for it to be cooked, but there was no offer to make any. Just none now. Even though we were there well within hours. We were stopping on our way through. Guess we'll continue through to Orillia.
