Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Genuinely terrible portion sizes. The chicken scoop was solo tiny the 2 bowls we got could have fit in one container. Never come to any large Mexican chain place they always cut costs. It's really a shame because it was very fresh and delicious at least for the bites where I got chicken.

Placed a pickup order at 7:54 pm. Arrived at 8:13 pm and they told me they didnt even start the order yet. Didnt apologize, just said they were busy.

Ayan is a hard worker and great service provider. Deserves a raise!

We had a great dinner and the kids loved it! Ayan was so patient, kind and great with the kids’ likes and pickiness. Such a happy person! It’s also nice to be able to see the lovely fresh toppings too. It was very clean inside.

Riddhi (the individual who took me and my brother's order) provided exemplary service... I am indebted to her kindness. The food was good, too.

So I ordered two chicken bowls and gave cash. The employee there scanned my rewards code before giving her cash and after that too
When asked for a receipt for the rewards one(which I always do)
She gave me an excuse that since I gave her cash it will take 12hours to reflect on my rewards program (which has never happened in the past and I am always going to MB once atleast a week from past several months) and started giving me terminology of how it won’t show every single time whereas I go to Mapleview one and it shows right away over there..
It’s been 24hours, I called the store and now they are saying “come back and we will look into it”
Ummm.. mistake happened from the employee and I am supposed to be coming back and fixing it? whereas I was saying it does not happen and I always get a receipt but the employee was not ready to listen and was under the impression- customer is not right!!
I get it- worked in customer facing role for many years and yes customer is not always right BUT it’s not the case all the time
Learnt one lesson that not going to Essa rd one and sticking to Mapleview one.

P.S. I do not write reviews that often but this one needed to be out!!

Order steak on a bowl but the meat was old it smelled bad just left without say anything I was disgusted

This is the worst place i have ever been to …. These guys serve stale food ….. their restaurant should be inspected …. I became sick after eating from here ….. also the team members were so rude … someone also told me that the guy who is the owner of this restaurant pays people in cash! And also does not pay for the training ! Insane !

I really like this location the staff are amazing and a shout out to Rekha who is so friendly and the food is always fresh.

This my Mucho Burrito of choice! Picked up a few burritos tonight and they’re delicious. Chicken is super tender, the flavours are great. Highly recommend!

Used to be good but with new owners quality has declined sharply. They will grill veggies and then put them into what looks like an old used container. The cheese sauce looks like it is never changed just reheated over and over. The shredded beef I have seen as red and under cooked but was told it's normal.
If this is farm fresh quality then I'll pass.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Mucho Burrito. The nachos I bought smelled bad, and I could not eat them. When I tried to speak to the owner by asking for a contact number, the staff said it was against their policy. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I felt dismissed. Food quality and customer service both need improvement.
