Went to the Mucho on Essa in Barrie tonight and Jensi was such a joy! The food was so delicious and Jensi’s bright smile & friendly service was above and beyond. Thank you for making our night :) also: highly recommend the nachos! Yum!!

This location is definitely my favourite mucho burrito spot in Barrie!! The staff are always very nice, friendly and welcoming to all customers. The food quality is also very good and always fresh.

Horrible service , ordered off Uber eats buy one get one and received a 4 inch burrito with no protein

I came in yesterday for a quick bite to eat after some shopping. It was my first time ever. It's very clean inside. Service was quick. I see reviews about portion size but I found the portions to be very big. I actually could not finish all my food. Wonderful service guys!

I ordered 2 Shrimp burritos and there were only 2 shrimps per burrito. I called and the manager argued with me. He said he personally watched over the food person who made them and watched them put 4 in each of the burritos.
I order from them once every week. I’ve always been pleased. However, he wasn’t willing to offer a replacement, only one burrito. Such small thinking on his part. He just lost $160 in business a month = $1920 a year because he didn’t want to give us and extra burrito that probably costs him $5.
Talk about poor customer service and seriously missing the point 😣

Oct 8, 2024 ( 10:04pm) . Girl working at the location refused to take my order . Said they are closing but clearly they close at 10:30pm . Even i asked the girl its still 25 minutes to close and she said she know and refuses to gake my order . Had to run to mapleview location. Don’t come to work if you don’t want to work.
