One of the ways to introduce kids to other cultures is through food. A fairly reliable way (in my family anyway), is to start with desserts. So as a friend and I wandered through a few Indian stores recently, we discovered Mumbai Central. I picked up a Ladoo, a Birfi, and a third pastry which I’ve forgotten the name of. Absolutely delicious. The kids loved them too!

We ordered Vada pav they used to be really good, but today it was so dry, potatoes weren't boiled. And the bread they used was so dry, wouldn't recommend to eat from here. I would even file a complaint in food safety alliance.
