I have gotten takeaway a few times and eaten here once - I’ve never been disappointed. The service has always been very good, and they patiently explain ingredients, spice levels, etc. there are several yummy vegan options and tons of choices for my non-veg friends and family. There’s usually a 10-15 minute wait, since dishes are finalized and assembled upon order, rather than sitting waiting. The “mild” spice has a lot of zip, and so I haven’t tried the medium or hotter. If you like spicy, flavourful food, this is the place for you!
Vegetarian options: Several dishes are vegan. Staff are knowledgeable about what is or isn’t vegan. Vegan dishes clearly marked on menu.
Parking: Park Plaza can be very busy and there are several takeout places in the same area, but there a huge lot close by in addition to the 20-25 spots right there.

Ordered Pad Thai on Oct 16. A solid brick of gelatinous noodles, no sauce to be found. Won't be returning.

STOP!! ? Don’t waste your money … unless you want garlic and onion breath for days and want to eat raw noodles with mushy beef, which they call crispy ginger beef … more like beef jerky!! Then when I complained, they claim to have a no refund policy horrible stay away.

I stopped in to grab a quick dinner on a Friday evening and ordered the teriyaki noodle dish. The noodles were raw, the beef was over cooked for what little there was and there was way too much garlic flavour. It’s all you could taste while eating the meal. I ate about a third of the noodles and then threw it out. This was the first and unfortunately the last time I will eat at Noodle Box

Pad Thai with rice noodles. After an hour drive home I was met with a clump of dry, chewy, mostly tasteless noodles. Had to shower it in sesame oil just to make it edible. Very disappointing especially for the $20 I paid.
Dropped for dinner with a friend . Got Kung Pao and Pad thai box both with crispy tofu ( which was very rubbery n bad ) . Hokken noodles were as bad too . Spice level was ok but was missing flavours still. Would be last option if cant find places to eat .

I ordered $36 worth of takeout. The cardboard box with plastic lid do not fit. The lids were popping off, and it wasn’t because they were overfilled. Considering the girl handed me multiple boxes which none had lids even covering the top, I asked for a bag so I could travel with them without spilling. She said no. She told me a bag will be 25 cents. I explained how inappropriate it is to ask me to put another transaction on my card when I ordered takeout and wasn’t asked for a bag at all before paying for the food, and the lids not fitting was not my fault. The steak was extremely chewy and had a strange boiled texture that was somewhere between overcooked meat and beef jerky. The noodles overcooked, soggy, and lumped together. Barrie, Ontario - horrible customer service and quality.
