I order my food online. The chicken was cold and they haven’t given me diet coke which i paid for . Chicken had worst taste and burned . I felt like they have given my leftover . It’s my worst experience in osmows . And now i feel I wasted my money. It was my birthday and the starting is that horrible.

I haven't had a very good experience at this location that I am use to having at other Osmow's locations particularly with the quality of the regular chicken shawarma that I typically order. But since I was in the area I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, again, I was disappointed and this is probably the worst Shawarma I've had so far. The taste of the chicken itself was very bland. The wrap was poorly assembled where I would bite either a dry piece of chicken, a bunch of vegetables, or a big hunk of dry pita. Needless to say no more benefit of the doubt. One of the best wraps I've experienced was either the Osmows in Innisfil or the one in Vaughn at 400 Weston Road. No, not all wraps are created equal. There's an art to everything, and if you're a franchisee consistency is a must no matter where you go each franchise owner should provide that guarantee to represented the brand.

The employees don’t wear gloves they touch your food, I never see them wash their hands, whenever they hold the containers they have their thumb on the corner and it’s just nasty, this one guys thumbnail dipped into my food. The men who work there are nasty

It smells so bad inside. All the people working inside are Indian. There is no cleanliness or hygiene. There are no gloves. Everywhere is filthy. You may vomit from the smell.

Best Osmow’s of Barrie, they always put so much sauce and their chicken is so fresh and delicioussssss. Only osmows where I’ve had good interactions with the employees and great conversations making sure my needs are met. Love em🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm not sure what to say about Osmows anymore. A Shawarma's and dinner plates are a joke. It's really easy to understand that meats should be shaved or carved directly off the spit. Not shaved prior and refried on a flat grill! The rice is extremely hard. The containers are inadequate, and going green services is fine. But these recycled containers are just not supportive of the sauce. Disappointed in well not longer be supporting Osmows in the near future.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Osmow's on Big Bay Point. I placed an order for *two Chicken on the Rocks* through Uber Eats but accidentally selected my home address instead of the intended delivery address. When I realized my mistake, Uber Eats was going to charge me $17 to cancel the order. I called Osmow's directly, hoping they could void the order so I could place it again with the correct address. However, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. She bluntly told me, *"We don't do that,"* even after I explained that I had worked at Osmow's before and knew that they could void orders. Instead of trying to help, she simply repeated that they *"don’t do that"*. This manager clearly has zero customer service skills, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. Although food was good.
