So yesterday 23 October we visited this osmows we were treated disrespectful by a girl who was wearing spectacles she had a angry face didn’t even respond anything was uninterested to attend us felt very Terrible. our order which a half and half and a brownie she made our very poorly with less sauce and she gave us the brownie without checking it had mould in it and funges the guy working over their was helpful atleast he was able to help but that girl was very moody and lethargic which makes the customer service poor rude as hell kindly work on it had a terrible experience first time went to other branches always had best experience in walk in

Their shawarmas are just kind of OK. I find them stingy with their garlic sauce. I also find that they don't put enough meat in their shawarmas but instead stuff them with the veggies. Their falafel is dry. I get that they are trying to be innovative with the shawarma poutine but it's neither this or that. I've had the beef shawarma twice ans both times its been chewy.

I think of the ten times I’ve ordered from here they have made my order correct maybe one time. There is literally always an issue. Often it is that they ignore instructions such as “Please ONLY put sauce on the side”. They LOVE their sauce and I don’t do it sucks. Sometimes it’s missing cheese. It’s just always something. Frustrating.

Came here on Shawarma day for the 5$ deal and it was terrific. The quality didn’t suffer despite the very busy line up. First timer but will be coming back again. Perfectly wrapped, tender meat, and very filling!

I visited Osmosis after 12:30 am on October 15 for the $5 chicken on the rocks deal, but the staff informed me that they couldn’t redeem it and that I had to wait until 11 am. This is misleading and feels like false advertising since no time restrictions were mentioned. To make matters worse, last year I was able to redeem this same deal in the early morning without any issues. It’s disappointing to see this inconsistency, and I made the trip expecting the advertised price only to be turned away.
Dont order the steak unless you like chewing on leather

The two serving ladies were unable to communicate properly and were very rude when taking my order. It seemed like they were not fit for the job or were being forced to work. I ordered a chicken wrap, but they didn't bother to heat the meat and gave me cold, half-grilled meat instead. The taste of the shawarma at Bayfield is much better, with a wider range of toppings. The owner should review the Google rating and take necessary action.

The lady who took my order was so rude. I ordered a lamb on the rocks, I got the order in less than 2 mins. The food was horrible, it feels like they have mixed spoiled and new rice together. Lamb was not even cooked, I am having trouble with my stomach. At least try to give good food, as you cannot maintain good customer service.
