Over the past couple years I've noticed this store take a dive. The portion size is half of what every other location I've ever eaten at. Customer service doesn't exist. Chicken is usually dry and rice over cooked. This franchise is a joke. Do your self a favor and try a different location. It got 1 star because 0 wasn't an option..... UPDATE: I went is this evening hoping that things have turned around. Negative, order two Shwarmas, one with extra chicken. Price came to $43, the wraps were pitiful. The extra chicken wasn't there. The second wrap was as thin as an Ethiopian wrist. Restaurant smelt like the washroom exploded earlier in the day. Save your money and eat at any other franchise. Zero star rating

Just don’t be open 24/7 if your staff is going to be checked out. How do we not understand that some idiot(me) going to get chicken in the stix at 10 am a huge fan of the product. Why would you not at the very least try to give them the same experience that they usually get. No sumac no tzatziki Basically hot sauce fries with garlic.

Today I went for a dinner at cundles osmow’s.. must say their shawarma wrap preparation was amazing.. evening staff was very friendly & hospitality was amazing.. loved their deserts too! Will surely go back again 😁

I come to this location multiple times a week, the food is fantastic and the staff is extremely friendly. Ijaz and Mahek are super super friendly and always tolerate my very long orders. Props to them and props to the rest of the team!! Will continue eating here every week!!
