I don’t understand why can’t u just listen to?? You punched it in fine i confirmed 2 times but u still couldn’t make it right?? Why ??? I don’t get it?? Now i gotta take the toppings off one by one because u just won’t listen? Like seriously? I didn’t say anything once twice but this is the third time?? Are u for real ? How do u keep messing up? Do u think people would keep coming back if u kept messing up their order. Do u know that good food makes your day and bad food ruins it? So why u gotta ruin people day? Can’t u just keep your eyes open and listen ??

This is the third time they messed up . One time I ordered all large shawarma’s with rice they made it regular wow. I still didn’t say anything ordered another large. The next time I went there I ordered same chicken shawarma with rice . I asked for sauces on side so my shawarma wouldn’t get cold instead of putting them on side they put them on top . And by the time I got home ( 10 min drive ) it got so cold because hummus and other extra sauces were on top. When I specifically asked them to please put it on side but nope . And this time seriously one of us doesn’t eat raw onions so I ordered for her first and told them to please please not put onions on top but they stilll diddd … like seriously how does this even work now we have to take onions off one by one . Seriously???? I seriously won’t be coming back . Like we order every single week but they make sure to mess up our order so our day would be ruined. If you are looking to come here please go somewhere else because they do not listen and they make sure your order is ruined.

easily the worst osmows in barrie, paid for a large shwarma poutine tonight and they actually just gave me a box with maybe 20 fries and garlic sauce, no chicken. no gravy and non of the extras that i paid for. terrible service would not recommend going to this location .

This hurts to right because usually this Osmows is awesome I want to preface that and the workers usually give great portions. I always get a beef on the stix with extra meat and it became a go-to spot for me.
Unfortunately that might change because I had the absolute worst experience tonight… I ordered a beef on the stix and I have never been so short changed on food in my life. I’m spending $30 on this and they couldn’t even fill the box with fries, there was so much space in the container I mentioned it to the person working and they put in as little as possible. I didn’t even get offered a bag for my food. It’s unacceptable that when you have customers who are coming here for years and have a consistent experience that this is what we get in return. I love this Osmows location a lot but this was not okay.

I visited today and had an awesome experience. The customer service was excellent .The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh, flavorful, and really satisfying. I highly recommend this place if you're craving delicious shawarma and great service!
Been to this location many times and never had a real problem. Got there today and the person who took our order was very kind and helpful, but the person who made our orders was not.
This was some of the worst food that I’ve had from an osmows location as the Chicken on the rocks was dry and bland, and the portion sizes received were nearly half the size, if not less than what we normally receive.
I really enjoy this location so I hope this sort of food is not served again.

The practice of customer is always right, is not practiced by JEWEL. Gave me half the amount of chicken I deserve. When I mentioned it she said “it’s just the way I put it” and I replied “u rly gon do me like that?” And she proceeded to not reply. Unacceptable customer service.
