Osmows Owner at this location if you're reading this. Just to get in your kind attention that staff stops taking calls after 3:30am, and I wanted to order for a pick up. I went there 5 or 10 minutes before 4 and tried ordering Lamb. They said they have cleaned up everything and can't make it. I will edit my review to 5, if you reply anything. just to let you know about experience I had yesterday, I do feel upset to have to write this kind of review.

The food is delicious but if you don't go in the store personally be prepared to be taken advantage of. Ordered a chicken oz box and chicken on the rocks. The oz box had 6 tiny little places of chicken and my son's chicken on the rock had ZERO chicken on it. And these bastard charged a premium and will screw you over the second they don't actually have to be accountable. Frankly repulsive and is absolutely shameful.even after my wife called them they did absolutely nothing to correct it

Looked at website before calling and said delivery. Called, made order and asked for delivery and had to go pick it up. Good thing I got good directions from the hotel or I wouldn't have found it. Might be time to update the website.
My favourite shawarma place ever since I lived in Toronto. Their garlic and tahini sauce is amazing. Love getting pickled turnips. So good.
Kawal was friendly and great customer service. The food was really delicious and worthy. Extremely satisfied with the dine in and customer service.
I ordered a regular shawarma wrap and I was very disappointed with the portion. I think I received a small wrap.
I also noticed other orders like chicken on the rocks and the container was barely full.
I will not be eating at this franchise nor specifically this location.
