Good food, no care put into plating and staff what borderline rude

Came in for lunch. I was shocked to be asked to pay an extra .50 cents for potato chips with my pick two. I was just at Panera in Oakville and they don’t charge extra. Then I went to get coffee and Light roast coffee empty, dark roast ice cold. Owner was at the desk and continued on his iPad even after I told him there was no coffee, he didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. He made coffee and it was full of grinds. I returned the coffee to them and a young girl behind the counter gave no apology and said she would make more. I drive every weekend to my cottage and will never stop there again. They better get more customer centered if they want to stay in business!

Meh. It's okay. Expensive for a place that is basically a cafeteria. You order at the counter and bring your food to the table. Looks like a cafeteria. Bread is good.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through and wasted my entire lunch break, the manager Palak was incredibly rude and had zero empathy. Unfortunately Panera lost me as a customer today, I was a regular and also brought friends there but I will no longer support a business that does not appreciate my patronage. I will also share my negative experience with all of my friends and family. There is way too much competition with other places to eat who actually know what good customer service is, so I will give my business and money to places that know how to treat a customer properly with respect!!!

First and last time I would go to Panera Bread. Ordered via Skip - Whole Italian Sandwich and I can’t even explain what we got… Half a sandwich with Arugula and 3 tomatoes ???(See photo)… Called the store and we were advised it was a Skip issue and not theirs… Don’t see how this isn’t a restaurant issue, I don’t think my Skip driver made the sandwich. We received our $5 credit from skip, no issues there… just can’t believe this is the food that is served and no accountability from the restaurant what so ever.

Lots of baked items. The breakfast sandwiches are questionable. The egg texture looks like a wet sponge. I got their everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. Don’t sleep on their passion papaya’s green iced tea.

Ordered from them through Uber...(have done this before)...thought I would try again. Portions small..They forgot the Turkey Sandwich so nothing for one of my guests....I asked for plain Asiago bagel with cream cheese to have later...they toasted it instead.. ugh! It tried calling them 3x and they just hung up without answering. LOL... Uber is going to give credit back but what the heck? Too expensive.

Food itself was good, a little on the pricey side for soup and a bagel though (almost $20). Staff was friendly in taking the order and food was prepared in a very reasonable time. Past the ordering area, the dining portion at this location seems tired.

The broccoli soup was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the Italiano sandwich and the Mediterranean salad was grains was very good as well. My only minor issue is the person who placed our items in the bag for take out...I asked her if there were spoons in the bag for the soup. She assured me there were...

Panera was great, but since the pandemic their drive through experience has been too slow. It takes at least 10 minutes for a freaking coffee... If you go, you better have ALOT of spare time at the drive through (especially if there is more than even one car in front of you).
Not worth the time it takes. Period.

They stopped allowing takeout orders through their website and only allow you to do a pickup order through 3rd party apps, which adds 25% cost.
